Good location near Termini and walking distance to Colosseum and Foro Romano. The owner is very nice and helpful and makes everything to maximise your stay.

Breakfast is a voucher to a croissant or pastry and a coffee/tea at a nearby cafe. Not very filling and convenient. Like other hotels in Rome, this is overpriced for the quality of accommodation you get.

Very good choice for short stay in Rome. Next to Termini station, Metro stop is about 3min away, breakfast is simple as in most restaurants. That's why it is called Italian breakfast. Mario, the owner once heard that we leave early morning, and bar is not open yet, bought himself and left in the room juices, ham and croussans for us. Rooms are cleaned each day, which I actually didn't expected, Towels changed every second day.

It would be very good if there were opportunity to use kitchen.

The staff tried very hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was clean and very spacious, the bathroom was brand new, just completed.

A little difficult to find, make sure you check the map, there is no signs indicating the property.

Location close to Termini station, very convenient, clean room. Breakfast just coffee with croisant, but ok.

One think which looked a bit confusing, was not a problem for us, but maybe because we were lucky: when we arrived we just met the manager leaving for dinner, so he could us let in. I just wandering what if we come a minute later when nobody is waiting for us?

Great place if you want to just sleep and shower and be out all day touring, the breakfast is in a coffee shop across the street and it's really good. Also really close to the metro station.

The towels were stiff as blocks.

Mario is very helpful and friendly. He showed us the some must-go places on a map and marked the routes. Moreover the hotel is only five minutes walk from Termini and the breakfast included was very good.

The bathrooms are shared though they are clean and tidy at least.Our room window faces the street which is a bit noisy in the morning.

Mario is very helpful and attentive. The room was a good size.

There was a strange smell in the room the first night - probably due to neighbours, but second night was sorted. Piccolo Bar is too small to have a comfortable breakfast.

Mario is a very good host. He was very helpful with our broken luggage. We arrived very early in the morning, he provided us a room to take a snap before check in.

Nice location, very nice host, realy good place to visit Rome.

The owner Mario Lee was very friendly and helpful. Before we came he sent us a letter with a map and directions how to get from the train station. When we had questions he always helped us, show the palces to visit on map. We were little bit late with check-out and Mario didn't kick us out - he was very polite.

Everything is well concidaring that we payd 84 euro for 2 persons for 2 nights. Maybe if you pay more it would be not so comfortable

The room was big and the comfort of the bed good. Overall, it is very basic.

The shower in the shared bathroom was so tiny to make impossible to shower with the door closed.

Poor breakfast, little signal of wi-fi so we have to use it out of room, toilette is so small, very small scale with only 4 rooms, managed by a chinese man who lives in the kitchen. The chinese man is always out so it's difficult to find him.

Very considerate. The staff offers a very flexible travel plan. Good location, next to Metro Line A and main train station.

Is a very cozy b&b, is very small, but is really clean and nice to be in. If you are looking for price-location, for me here was perfect

The only thing a bit annoying is you have to go to a bar for a breakfast. But as I read the comments before went I knew so I didn´t mind. Is just a coffee and a croissant.

The man who runs this place was great. Upon arrival he gave me a city map & highlighted all the best places to go, how the public transport worked etc. The room was good, a fairly comfy room.

The size of the shower & the breakfast over the road (I knew before I booked).

Mario es bastante simpático y nos guardó las maletas aunque tuvimos que quedar con él y llamarle pues no estaba en el hostel.

El ascensor es desesperantemente lento. El desayuno es muy muy flojo y escaso.

Понравилось все. Очень заботливый и внимательный хозяин - Mario, который все подробно рассказал, дал карты, отметил близлежащие достопримечательности. О номере- у нас был двухместный номер, все чисто и аккуратно. Хорошее постельное белье. Также в коридоре- всегда стоит чайник и резервуар с питьевой водой. В следующий раз обязательно остановлюсь в данном гестхаузе.

der besitzer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend....zimmer waren sauber....frühstück im lokal nebenan...die unterkunft ist ziemlich schwer zu finden (nicht angeschrieben)

Расположение близко к вокзалу. Дружественный персонал (все в одном лице китайца Марио). Бюджетное место. Хороший интернет.

Скромный круассан и микроскопическая чашка кофе на завтрак в кафе через дорогу, но лучше чем совсем ничего.

L'accueil a été sympathique. La chambre, bien que petite, est confortable et propre. Idem pour les sanitaires individuels. Bonne situation pour l'accès au métro, à la gare et au centre ville,

Aucune indication pour trouver l'entrée, d'abord sur la rue puis ensuite dans le hall de l'immeuble et enfin au 3éme étage. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans le bar de la rue et cela manque de confort (au bar) et de contenu (1 café+1 croissant?)

1）房东是中国人，很热心；尤其是临走的那一天还提醒我回去取遗失的物件，真的很贴心； 2）交通特别方便，离Termini火车站和地铁站都很近。

1）Wifi太不给力； 2）地方不太好找，希望以后能够给个详细的路线说明，入住时因为找不到路口走了很多冤枉路。
