Clean and spacious rooms, good beds and adequately furnished. Nice outdoor space, parking space for 2 cars and great pool. Walking distance to the beach, the grocery stores and the shopping street.

Small complex located in a green and peaceful area between Lignano Sabbiadoro and Lignano Pineta at about 1 Km from the sea and from the city center. Swimming-pool for adults and children (open from 15.05 till 15.09) surrounded by spacious fenced garden. Washing-machine in common. At disposal per apartment 2 parking places. Additional parking place in the garden only on availability. All the apartments are equipped with big fridge with freezer, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, SAT-TV, safe, air conditioning and heating (heat pump on 1. and 2. floor). 1 “Light WI-FI free” access included per each apartment for one device (no streaming no download). Nearest beach: office n°19. Bedlinen NOT included in the price.

Lignano is a peninsula bordering the Adriatic Sea to the South and to the West, the Lagoon of Marano to the North, and the Tagliamento River to the East. 8 striking kilometers of golden sandy beaches on the calm and warm waters of the Adriatic Sea make this a perfect place for the whole family. In the 60s, a growth in the building sector created a modern city with skyscrapers, accommodation facilities and a wide range of shopping and culinary opportunities. The restaurants, bars, and shops can be found on the main commercial street, which becomes, during the evening, a 4 km long pedestrian zone filled with lights and voices until deep into the night.
