just the place to stay near the airport, adequate restaurant, helpful staff, airport shuttle available.

shuttle bus to and from the airport, quite cheap (14 euro per 3 persons, return ticket) restaurant was also not bad

problems with communication in english (poor english or not at all) - including receptionists and waiters problems with breakfast (not breakfast included, breakfast or even cup of coffee before 6:30 not available) only one water and one glas for three-beds-room: I've asked about water for the all of us and the receptionist said that he can give me two more glases, but not the water (sic!)

Very close to the airport and good shuttle service, as we had a very early flight.

Very close to the airport, and could arrange very early morning transport there. Quiet. A good bar with a range of excellent local wines by the glass and a knowledgeable and friendly barman. Good bed and bathroom.

It was very warm in my room, and the air-con did not seem to be working (I didn't open my window because of mosquitos). Some travelers would find it a long way from the centre of Bologna - but if you have a flight to catch, this is perfect.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, la posizione nei pressi dell'aeroporto lo rende perfetto per pernottare dal giorno prima se sia ha un volo nella primissima mattina e si vive lontani da Bologna come nel mio caso!

A great hotel for a great price, with a really nice restaurant and excellent food. Parking is free, with a largish car park to the rear, and an underground garage. The rooms were nicely decorated, and the bathrooms clean and bright.

The service could be a little slow in the restaurant in the evenings, but don't let that put you off eating there, as the food was excellent.

The fact that we only stayed one night.

This is a hotel that simply should never have been, it exists under false pretences because it is in no way near the airport so is not an airport hotel. Everything is just enough to call itself a hotel. The hotel’s airport bus was being used to move building materials so we were 20 minutes late leaving while they both found another bus and somebody to drive it. But the staff showed no concern about this, we (another couple and us) were made to feel that we were being a problem. When we booked we had asked for a smoking room (like smoking or not it is something that some people want and hotels do offer) we were told it was possible only to be told when we got there that the hotel was none smoking, too late for us to go else where. It felt like we had been lied to and trapped. Whatever the subject of the dishonesty it is still dishonest. Add to this the noisy bar with loud music that thudded through the building and drunks running (yes running) around the hotel at night it really was one of the worst places we have ever stayed. This was a nightmare and it was not (with added charges) cheap. Hotels are never perfect, we accept that, but whatever the price, even if it were free, we would not stay there again.

It is very close to the motorway so easy to reach it.

There was a disco in the bar every day night so it was impossible to sleep well.

Open buffet breakfast is amazing and restaurant has many options for guests. The restaurant personnel are very helpful. Also hotel has an opportunity to reach to the airport.

There is a lack of personnel.

We arrived late after a harrowing drive through snow storm. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The staff in restaurant were accommodating despite entering just before they closed.

Huge room, nice bathroom, quiet good facilities.

Shower power poor, Distance from centre, and sadly bus driver's didn't know where it was.....

According to the web site the shuttle bus should have been free. This is not true. I had to pay 10 Euro. The shuttle bus is free only under some conditions

The room

Restaurant in the evening - Food ok but terrible and slow service. Restaurant was messy & not clean. Shuttle bus in an airport hotel should be without charge or at least not that much. On the timetable it is not mention that there is a charge for shuttle bus and the cost is not wrriten.

Location near airport

The staff. The woman who delivered my food took 10 euros and said she was coming back with my change but never did. She is a theft and should be reported.

Free parking, 10 minutes to the airport by car. After manager realized hotel mistake, staff became very helpfull and friendly.

Originally we were given double room with extra chair-bed as a triple room and were told that there were no any avalaible triples. After showing email from hotel confirming that there would have been 3 separate beds, triple room was found!)
