I liked it because it is near to the centre and easy to move around the city, oviously the price was excellent too. |

the woman that checked us in was ignorant. we had to pay for our parking off the side of the hotel. arrived here late and we got a mcdonalds beside the hotel. it was the dirtiest mcdonalds i was ever in. and as stated the rooms were dirty and old. i could not fit my lugage in the door of the lift. |

Good clean hotel some english programmes were available on the television not near the centre of Palermo. Macdonalds right next door. poor selection at breakfast did not replace items once they had gone so if you went to breakfast towards the end there was not much food left. You need to go to breakfast as soon as it opens in the morning. Poor evening meal selection in the restaurant. Not cheap. Bed was not comfortable but then it depends what type of mattress suits you. Air conditioning did not seem to be working well. |

Comfortable double bed Not in the city centre, about a 10 minute bus journey away. Although rated as a four star hotel the room was basic and there was nobody to help us with our luggage |

Comfortable and quiet hotel. Close to main road through Palermo. Parking space available in front of hotel. Staff hardly speaks any English. Food in restaurant was nothing special. |

Pulizia stanza Gli accessori (dovuti per categoria hotel) quali spazzolino, cuffia doccia, set cucito, crema barba, ecc., Erano disponibili solo su richiesta. Avevo bisogno dello spazzolino perchè il mio si era spezzato ma francamente mi scocciava chiamare ed attendere. Un fastidio per gli ospiti ed un risparmio per l'hotel. Lo ritengo un servizio non reso. Climatizzazione assente! |

Breakfast buono e piacevole. Camere confortevoli per chi viaggia spesso.accesso all'hotel buono. collegamento a internet. troppo costoso. Rumorosità in camera. |

La colazione è povera (non c'è scelta sui dolci e quelli che ci sono hanno qualità mediocre). Potrebbe essere più attenta la pulizia in camera (alcuni capelli a terra in bagno). La climatizzazione non è regolabile e la camera era piuttosto fredda. |
