Very unhelpful reception. Very unhelpful restaurant staff, difficult to get a cappuccino if you're not Italian. Service only improved when I threatened to contact the regional supervisor.

Ho prenotato una camera con parquet - sceglendo attentamente dalle indicazioni fornite sul sito web, visto che ho allergia agli accari - ma arrivando sul posto ho scoperto che le stanze con parquet non esistono nella intera struttura - e la stanza scelta ha solo l'ingresso in parquet ... sicuramente non avrei scelto questa struttura sapendo questa informazione dall'inizio

Design elegante, immerso nel verde, camere molto belle, seppur la ristrettezza dei tempi ha imposto una delle ultime camere rimaste al piano terra, colazione molto ricca e grande varietà di dolci e salato. Un po' di attesa per il caffè ma la colazione si gusta con la giusta calma. Bagno in camera eccezionale ;) Unica pecca... Nel periodo dell'eurochocolat non era disponibile il servizio noleggio moto per la visita del lago...peccato!

фотографии территории которые были на сайте booking не соответствоовали действительности, кроме стоянки мы ничего не увидели, бассейн куда то пропал. завтрак был отвратительный.. большой выбор сладкого(печеного), но все было далеко не первой свежести, сыр не внушал доверия, масло же одно не будешь кушать)

weinig, tenzij hulpvaardigheid van het balie personeel onze eerste kamer : de deur kon niet afgesloten worden wegens defect; het raam kon eveneens niet afgesloten worden wegens defect; de 4 aanwezige kleerdragers waren alle vier kapot..... een duidelijke nalatigheid van het kamerpersoneel; Het hotel is te veraf om het als Citytrip te gebruiken: 8.5km van centrum Perugia; zwembad was vuil; onverzorgd en net aan de(luidruchtige) snelweg gelegen; Het 'ontbijt' personeel was zeer koel;
