The rooms were very comfortable, the swimming pool excellent and a very nice breakfast. Complete lack of information re facilities. You had to trapse to the reception to find our about everything, how air conditioning worked, why no milk with the tea and coffee. Meal times etc. |

Splendid hotel close to the freeway, but completely quiet. Great rooms! The dining room was a bit quiet, but the food was good and the staff was excellent. |

Great buffet breakfast. Really helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Tea and coffee facilities in the room (but no milk). The best value for money we had in Italy bit out of the centre of town, we had a car so was no problem for us |

The location is really pretty good for access to the city and the lady at the desk was very nice. The hotel is hard to find. We had two GPS units and they could not locate the hotel. Once you know how to get there it is easy. |

I liked the comfort of the room and the modern design of furniture and services. Bed really comfortable. Room very clean and lights very appropriate. I liked the idea of the boiler for the coffee/tea in the room. Breakfast very good and the attention of the staff at the front desk. Prices very competitive Not milk for the coffee in the room |

The room standards. There was a cold woman at the reception which didn't want to listen and made a rude comments. The air condition didn't work. We waited long time for our meals at dinner and the check, while the waiters barely talk a word in english. It is not easy to find the hotel even with GPS. |

The air conditioning was a problem. Two rooms allocated had faulty airconditioning. The third room had air conditioning but was turned off after midnight. There was no option to control the system in the rooms so very unsatisfactory during the night. As above. |

This hotel is very clean and has all of the comforts one can expect. The hotel staff were all very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good and so was the dinner. The best part was the air conditioning and the swimming pool because the weather was over 30C during our stay. The bottom of the swimming pool was not very clean. The hotel is not located near anything touristic so one really needs a car or a moto to be able to go into the city. This is really a minor complaint because in my opinion one cannot travel easily without good transportation. |

Chain standard situation was well outside main town and taxi service was very poor, I would not have booked this hotel if I had realised this. |
