The rooms were very comfortable, the swimming pool excellent and a very nice breakfast. Complete lack of information re facilities. You had to trapse to the reception to find our about everything, how air conditioning worked, why no milk with the tea and coffee. Meal times etc. |

Splendid hotel close to the freeway, but completely quiet. Great rooms! The dining room was a bit quiet, but the food was good and the staff was excellent. |

Great buffet breakfast. Really helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Tea and coffee facilities in the room (but no milk). The best value for money we had in Italy bit out of the centre of town, we had a car so was no problem for us |

The location is really pretty good for access to the city and the lady at the desk was very nice. The hotel is hard to find. We had two GPS units and they could not locate the hotel. Once you know how to get there it is easy. |

I liked the comfort of the room and the modern design of furniture and services. Bed really comfortable. Room very clean and lights very appropriate. I liked the idea of the boiler for the coffee/tea in the room. Breakfast very good and the attention of the staff at the front desk. Prices very competitive Not milk for the coffee in the room |

Nella seconda executive in cui abbiamo soggiornato la vista non era niente di che (vialetto, prato e strada) ma era molto carina, sileziosa e confortevole e piuttosto ampia, dall'arredamento moderno pulito, lineare. Aveva persino un tavolo. Anche il bagno è abbastanza ampio e, particolarità, dotato di bilancia: utile per non perdere d'occhio il peso in vacanza :P soprattutto data l'abbondante colazione americana a buffet. Il parcheggio interno (scoperto) è piuttosto grande e, in alcuni posti, le piante provvedono a fare ombra. Gli esterni sono molto silenziosi. Il personale è professionale, simpatico e cordiale, l'arredamento moderno e pulito. Il ristorante dell'hotel propone dei menù a prezzo fisso piuttosto convenienti. La pulizia della stanza, tra una notte e l'altra, non sempre era completa (almeno una volta non abbiamo avuto il cambio delle lenzuola), inoltre le stanze vengono "tenute occupate" per le pulizie anche fino alle 14:30. La prima che ci avevano assegnato aveva una bellissima vista sulla terrazza (dove ci sono bar all'aperto, romanticissimo gazebo e una piccola ma deliziosa piscina) purtroppo però dall'aeratore de bagno usciva un cattivo odore di fogna, così hanno provveduto a chiamare la manutenzione e ci hanno proposto di trasferirci nell'executive di fronte. Un po' fuorimano ma del resto se si va a perugia in auto, data la situazione parcheggio (anche in periferia concesso per una sola ora per chi non è residente), è l'unica possibilità. |

l'hotel non è in posizione centrale bensì prossimo ad uno svincolo della circonvallazione collegamenti autostradali. Ottimo da raggiungere in auto. Facilità pargheggio . Bel contesto generale, costruzione recente e ben tenuta. ho soggiornato in una camera doppia executive , euro 110/notte. ambiente nuovo e pulito. corretto rapporto tra ciò che ho pagato e l'offerta della struttura. se vogliamo esssere pignoli potrei dire che la stanza non era grandissima... ma visti prezzi ed offerta di altri hotel in Perugia direi che per brevi soggiorni va benissimo. |
