Surrounded by a lush garden with centuries-old trees, The Church Palace is a quarter mile from Cornelia Metro Station, on Rome's line A.

Eurostars Roma Aeterna is in a former pharmaceutical factory in the pedestrian-only area of Rome's Pigneto, popular for its cafes and bars. Rooms are large and have free Wi-Fi.

Surrounded by landscaped grounds, Sheraton Parco De' Medici Hotel features a 27-hole golf course and an outdoor pool. It is 6 miles from Fiumicino Airport and a 5-minute drive from Rome's A90 beltway....

The room was nice and comfortable
The gym is nice but the treadmill (all three) were not functioning well.
Size of room was good value for money
Apart from the gentleman at check out and the housekeeping staff most other staff had no interest in hospitality. The menu was boring and while the breakfast was considerable in choice the chef cooking eggs wanted to be somewhere else. Dining staff were waiting for you to finish so they could clear the table. All in all this hotel is trying to punch above its weight Don't go to the taxi rank as they told us we were not travelling far enought even though it was a $50 trip to visit our daughter in hospital
The hotel was a perfect location for meetings at WFP. The staff were friendly and the room was clean.
The air conditioning system of the hotel was clearly broken - even with the windows wide open in November it was way too hot to remain (never mind sleep!) in the rooms. Despite asking for some help, nothing was done about it. All other guests at the same conference had the same problem. It didn't help that there seemed to only be two temperatures for the shower - scalding hot or freezing. A real shame as otherwise the hotel would be great.
If you work around the neighbourhood, the location is excellent. The hotel shuttle is a good solution to rip-off taxi.
Internet and breakfast are overpriced. Internet should be free especially in a business hotel. Taxi to the airport is also overpriced (10 min for 30 euros, when it is 48 euros from the town centre- a rip- off). Train combination to downtown is poor (40 min minimum to termini). No restaurant around. Very poor isolation from the other rooms (the neighbour's alarm clock rang for a whole hour, just impossible to sleep), and the window doesn't keep the noise from the motorway to trouble your sleep.
Hotel is fine for what it is. Dated and a bit disorganised. Only real reason to stay here would be business in Parco dei Medici.
No free wifi Wanted to exclude breakfast though it was advertised as included
Big nice room . Near the main road to the airport
I asked a dinner in my room from rome service . It was totally bad food which you can not eat it . Salted like a sea
We stayed at the hotel which is conveniently half way between the airport and city. The staff are friendly the room was spacious and breakfast was good.
The location is not good for leisure holidays as the trains stop running after 10.30 so you have to get a cab back. There is only one restaurant in the surrounding area which is a little suspect. The shuttle bus does not run regularly enough to be useful so the train is the main mode of transport into town.
we needed a lot of things in the room for a 4 stars hotels
the room was not so clean and the bathroom had old objects there,
Convenience to train, good facilities.
As above, would like to have known about airport shuttle instead of 48 euro taxi
Room value,; excellent meals; great staff who are extremely helpful; outstanding sauna; if you are in Roma this is the place t0 stay.
breakfast not included
The room was in horrible condition with leaking ceiling and stained carpet. Room service was overpriced - 10eur service charge while the menu prices are already set at gourmet level...
Location. And paying for 4 yr olds on a shuttle bus due to being too far out of Rome!
One of their shuttle bus driver was super :) He drove safely and politely. He even told us about the history of the place that the bus was passing. You will love him.
I and my family were not impressed with this hotel at all: - The ventilation of the air-conditioner in the room was very dirty. There was huge amount of dust that you can see. This is not good for air quality inside the bedroom. - The same dirty ventilation inside the bathroom. There was huge amount of dust. The material used for the ceiling of the bathroom was not in a good shape, as they look so old and came out in some part. When the room above us used the toilet, I could hear the flush and after a minute, I even could here the sound of water dropping on the ceiling of my bathroom. I needed to look up to make sure that this will not leak on to my head !!! - The curtains are old, there are even some holes on it. - I don't like the way they manage the WIFI. We need to like there Facebook page before getting 2 hours free WIFI per day !!!
food the worst italian food i ever had
The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was clean and nice.
We could hear the television from the adjoining room through the connecting door almost all night. Clearly this needs more soundproofing. We were unable to watch Fox News and other international news stations at this hotel in Rome, while we had been able to get these channels at hotels in Positano and Ischia. Our toilet did not flush properly! There was no coffee available for guests departing on the 7:00 AM shuttle to the airport.
Friendly staff Very good breakfast
Dirty pool (Actually not in operation) Not free WiFi, not even in lounge... Location quite far from city center, but I suppose you know it when you boo
Not Holiday Inn quality. They need to spend some money especially on the pool. A proper filtration system would be a good start. The staff is of little help at all unless you speak Italian. The staff speak English but they had little use for English speaking people. Meals are way overpriced. English TV consists of CNN and BBC and pay per view. The hotel is close to nothing .
Shuttle for city centre and airport Hotel green garden with fresh smell
Wifi was 7 Euro/day, not good, shuttle times was not very useful, they need to work on them
Pool needs cleaning and rennovation
Nice swimming pool, nice breakfast, nice room
Location is terrible, after 2200 no trains. Taxi from center costs 40 euro and no shops, restaurants, whatsoever in the neighbourhood of the hotel. For the price 110 euro and location I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
1) Limited options of Vegeterian Food. 2) Internet should be free.
there was a big group that came into the hotel in the second night for our stay. They were taiking very load in our floor (no. 5). The noise was terrible and even after i call the reception, it didnt help and they continue making this noise.
