Gosto de tudo neste hotel. O atendimento e excelente!

Não tenho nenhuma reclamação a fazer, sempre fui muito bem atendida em todas as vezes que me hospedei neste hotel.

Hotel excelente e com o profissionalismo das grandes redes de hotel, algo dificil de se encontrar nos hoteis de administração familiar da Europa. Bom preço e excelente custo benefício, mas é um pouco longe da cidade. Como eu estava de carro não tive tanto problema, mas para os que estão a pé passa onibus perto do hotel.

Some of the staff were not friendly or welcoming at all. They had a smug attitude and even rudley hung up on me when I had called from my room. Very disappointing! The pictures of the room online are nothing like what you get. The room was very outdated. On top of that they charge you €14 per hour for Internet, €16 for breakfast, and €65 to take you to the city centre! Unbelievable. The location is very far from any attractions. Won't see stay there again!

Nice hotel with beautiful garden and pool, good connect to center city.

Payable wifi is something I could not except in EU, staff have to be more friendly for Holiday inn.

Staff was wery helping, the location was very convenient for Site Seeing, easy accible by train connection.

Most of Hotles offer free Wi fi , complementry breakfast was not included in the room charge.

Good location and excellent service.

The spaciousness is the keyword. An ample free car parking space, welcoming lobbies, gardens behind, huge swimming pool and the spacious family room for four. The room was properly lit and the bathroom was adequately specced. The hotel had free shuttle service (although we didn't avail it) and in close proximity of Leonardo Airport and high way from Florence going to Naples.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end. This particular hotel is priced adequately as it is a good distance from downtown, however, there is a regional train just 5-10 minutes walking distance away.

Be careful with the older gentleman that sells inside the bookstore (and where you get the train tickets). Extremely rude and typical Italian traditional dimeanor. Be prepared to bring insect repellent as my wife experienced a bad case of bed bug bites all over her body. The staff was quick to say it was mosquitos from a nearby river (it was an average of 30-35 degrees). We eventually had to change rooms but it wasn't because of the bed bugs but of the severe leak in the shower above our room that would leave water all over our bathroom. This hotel needs modernization (like free WiFi) and a hard look at maintenance.

Breakfast

No free Wifi, free showers though! Accessibility (only by car or taxi) train station is NOT 500 meters away. Rooms are fairly old.

the staff in restaurant (breakfast) wasn't that good also food was not that i expected.

Situated in the proper area for business

Link between airport/hotel and hotel/downtown is not good / no proper bus or metro. Shutles are not convinient as a departure time in both directions - no shuttles in lunch and evening time

Position and accessibility to Rome

Close to the airpoort , have a shuttle bus that goes to town but to Inge aren't great

The location was too far out , shuttle bus frequency was not Convienent , neither was the drop of point when trying to get back. The train station which is near by is down a dark alley way , can be difficult to navigate an again inconvienant after a long day

I would definitely recommend people not to book this hotel unless you're staying there for business purposes. Bad service, bad bad location & very expensive.

This hotel is well run, the front desk staff are all very helpful indeed, as to the staff in the dining facility and the bar. The rooms are clean and well appointed.

Free parking, nice pool, big rooms.

Airconditioning not up to the mark. Rooms need refurbishing as very old styled.

Holiday Inn was functional and provided a base to explore Rome.

The hotel is too far to be considered near enough to the Centre of Rome to be convenient - although the bus service put on by the Hotel is good. The nearest Station is a five minute walk but expect a forty-five minute journey each way with at least one change. We chose the Hotel as it had a Pool, free parking and Wifi. Pool wasnt operational 2 of the 3 days we were there and Wifi had a daily charge of 9Euros which although not expensive is not obvious when booking!

Pool out of action for one day, train statin close however need to change trains to get to city. Rome taxi drivers rip off tourists and go the long way around

We chose this hotel as we had an early flight in the morning and needed to be close to the airport. This hotel was perfect for our needs however I would not stay here if I was visiting Rome the historical center - it is too far and the traffic is very bad in Rome so even though it is 20mins by car, in actual fact it will take you 1 hour.

I did not like the thin walls of the hotel rooms. I could hear most surround rooms in the during the evening.

The pictures of the family room on the internet looked much nicer than the room in real life! There was also no coffee/tee facilities in the room. The buffet dinner was very poor and very expensive!

We only stayed one night because of an early flight. It is a very good comfortable hotel close to the airport. The train connections to Rome city centre is good, so we were able to quickly visit Rome for one evening.

The location in a business area is not really giving a holiday mood, but it is certainly not a bad area.

Its convenience to Leonardo da Vinci airport and the motorway to Rome City. The facility of a shuttle bus to both airport and city. The free parking . The close proximity to train station for direct access to centre of Rome - and the usual high standards, service and facilities you expect of a Holiday Inn.

Nothing really but different/more frequent times for shuttle to city would have suited us better - and tea/coffee making facilities in room would have been good.
