The staff was nice and friendly at all times. The room was OK and the bathroom as well. The breakfast was tasty and had a nice variety of food/beverages. The view from the window was ugly. My room had water boiler and teas/coffees and cookies but a hole where mine bar was supposed to be. Another room I saw had a mini fridge but no water boiler. They were repairing something in a room not far from mine with a constant and irritating noise starting well before 10am. A hotel is supposed to provide you conditions to rest, not to be annoyed. And 10AM is reasonable, or not? I went to Holiday Inn Aurelia for the sole reason that I had to meet someone who was already staying there, otherwise I would have chosen another hotel.

The hotel staff is very helpfull and they have good breakfast. this hotel is the best place for who want to stay far away from noise of the city center if you want to relax this is the best place

Shuttle service to downtown; although 5 Euros per person contrary to previous reviews that stated it was free. Small elevators, tiny. Old rooms, not a four star as advertised. Closer to a lower three star.

The amenities were good, staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean .. The included breakfast was also good. . The only detractor for a Rome tourist stay is it's a bit too far from the main tourist attractions. the elevator was small and not always in service.

The breakfast was good, varied, and one member of staff (Dominique?),a middle-aged male Italian, was very friendly and helpful. The carpets in the hallway and stairs were dirty, the bath-tub had one small hair inside on arrival, so cleanliness was not a strong-point. The staff seemed disinterested, and didn't give much help when asking about general information. When we asked if they could recommend a restaurant in Rome, we were told they only knew places around the hotel. Have stayed in hotels which give many recommendations, and offer to resrve for the client.Another inconvenience was the location, a 30min bus ride to central Rome, or 40-50mins without the "shuttle" bus which the hotel offers. Whilst its great to have the option of said service, the amount of journeys were limited, and the price too high, compared to price of local travel passes.

Nettes, sauberes und gutes Hotel. Das Personal war hilfsbereit, bemüht und sehr nett. Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl und ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber komfortabel eingerichtet. Gute Erreichbarkeit des Hotels sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit den öffentichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bushaltestelle ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg entfernt). Insgesamt empfehlenswertes Hotel mit gutem Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis. WIFI kostenpflichtig, deutschsprachige TV-Sender (nur ARD, ZDF) so gut wie nicht vorhanden.

Het ligt net buiten de binnenstad van Rome. Rome centrum is zeer goed bereikbaar via de shuttlebus die vanuit het hotel vertrekt of via de lijndienst die op 10 minuten afstand van het hotel is. Ideaal als je niet midden in het centrum van Rome wilt verblijven.
