nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms, free parking. Not bad view from the window (5th floor).
very far away from city centre, almost 6,5km to Arena. Hard to get without a car.
Free parking, welcoming and friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great value for money. booked on the same day. services provided smoothly and nicely
Place is very nice but bit far from the center. correct breakfast not bed but noting special. nice and big parking.
wi fi is not free. I didnt need it but it should be free.
people helpful , friendly and lovely
not to feel are you in police station ,and guilty.
price normal room free private parking, if you travel by car
1. far from centre (20-30 min by bus) 2. noisy conditioner (by the end of the night I understand the way to turn it off. There is a switch on the wall 3. Very bad breakfast
We got a nice deal on a half price room.
Location was a bit in the outskirts. The receptionist who greeted us was looking down on us, which was very disappointing. The facilities were good, but not 4 star by today's standards - in the 90's may have been a high-end hotel - furniture was old.
good parking, clean room
city centre is far! staff are not much friendly. very expensive breakfast
We found this hotel in a Value Deal for a reasonably good price. However, this hotel appears to be a higher class than it really is. However, it was a quiet place though, good for a one night sleep over.
The staff was not really nice. Also, the internet connection was really ridiculous!! WIF for 2 euros per half hour!! The speed was horrible. I think these days, wifi should be free everywhere, you need it for booking the next night if you are on the round trip.
I would say that I didn't like anything about this hotel.
Not very nice staff at the reception, the room was very smoky we couldn't even sleep. The breakfast was poor. The pictures here were so nice, that I was really waiting for the stay, but was really disappointed. Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel.
The hotel is quite economical; especially for a 4-star hotel. The parking was free.
The hotel didn't resemble a 4-star accommodation. The staff -especially at the reception- were rather rude and abrupt. The parking was free but you didn't feel quite at ease to leave your Car there unattended. Nothing happened of course, but the feeling was that we had to keep an eye on the car.
You can use bus no. 11 during the days from The main train station or the city center. However, it finishes at 6 p. m. Name of the nearest bus stop to the hotel is Via Sgulmero between the houses, very difficult to spot. Or you can take bus no. 12. The nearest bus stop is a little further than with bus 11. Maybe 5 mins walking to the hotel. Duringh the night there is a night bus no. 90 stopping at Via Sgulmero, but I dont know where it runs from.
It was very far away from the city center. We walked from Porto Vescovo hour and half to the hotel. From the main train station its even much further away.
Hotel is near the highway. Reception is there 24h. We did a late check-in, cause we drove straight from Amsterdam. Hotel has a big private place to park your car. Room where ok. It was an old Holliday Inn. You can stil see it. Overall good clean.
Reception didn't speak english well. Elevator where so small. But we where on the first Floor.
Good value for the price
Location is out of the city but it's close if you have a car.
Not very expensive and good for the price
Its a bit far from the center and some of the staff were not that nice
Beds so comfy , shower great plenty hot water , good parking x
Rooms need referbishing x says 4 star no way x
Bra hotell för övernattning.
You really need to install new handrails on your stair cases, on both sides of the stair well walls and that they should be one continuous rail right round the landings on both sides . This will greatly assist "ALL" your guest not just the older generation, indeed there is no hand rail at all on the bottom flight of stairs, at the moment the stairs are quite intimidating, and are a potential hazard to all your guest. As if one guest falls on the stairs it could have a knock on affect to other guest particularly those who are descending . The size of the the rails ,I think, should be about 38 to 40 milimetres in diameter, and, round in configuration . This is the size mostly adopted in Venice and is likely to be universally grip able , they have in Venice also lower rails to facilitate for children. But unfortunately not every where. The continuous handrail would if done well, would in fact enhance the look of the stairs, and would be more inviting and comforting to both guest and Staff alike , I do hope that you implement my advice to you, please reply. Yours DarrylThorpe
We checked out a day early because the hotel is not convienient to a bus stop, too far away from the city, mold on wall, loud air conditioner. We reserved a room for two nights, and the hotel refused to reimburse us since we booked with booking.com. We only stayed the first night and would like a reimbursement.
Basically, most of the staff did not speak English. Disadvantage for international guests. Location a long way outside city centre. Bus stop a good walk away. Cleaning ladies much more cheerful than staff at counter.
Accessibility of public transportation
Lack of free of charge internet access.
Location ok, 10min by taxi to the center of Verona
Gas leaked from the fridge in our room, we had to leave our room immediately as we couldn't breath and our eyes were swollen, staff at the reception refused to call ambulance, fire brigade etc, did nothing apart from saying that its not the first time that happen !!! we had to call ambulance ourselves, had to go to hospital, got lots of medication and now back in London still have to attend hospital for further checks.
We booked a tripple room for a couple totally last minute. The room was huge, bathroom shiny clean. The room was quiet, we slept fantastically. :) The hotel has a parking lot, no additional charge.Staff was perfectly proffesional.
no internet in the room, location is around 5km from the center of Verona
good location. quiet.
bathroom not so clean.
It is not far from where I wanted to go which was casa de guilette! The staff was nice, food was good, nice bedroom and comfortable beds. We rode around in a bus for cheap.
