Just Nothing We received in the evening to stay just one night there. They gave us a room without light in toilet!! Yes believe it. They don't care because you booked through internet and when you reach there you have to pay full amount. I requested to change the room but they provide me as a favor a room in basement which you can smell the humidity without ventilation. Their pictures in site is for marketing |

The room is quite spacious with a large window. Staff are friendly and helpful. Streets can be noisy with cars zooming by at times but generally quiet. The on-going pkeep of the room: towel rack was broken on day one. The window was broken on the last day of our stay. The hair dryer gets extremely hot and burns the fingers. |

la ubicacion, es una zona muy tranquila.. el desayuno esta muy bien y las habitaciones son muy bonitas y acojedoras. aparte del personale del hotel que es muy simpatico. que el ascensor iba muy lento y que de vez en cuando te cae alguna pelusilla del techo.. pero en general todo bien |

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Anfahrt ist sehr gut. Der Empfang ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt gerne Infos. Das Frühstück (ich war aber auch sonntags dort) fällt sehr mager aus. Die Auswahl ist recht klein. |

L'hotel è in una zona facilmente raggiungibile in auto ed estremamente vicina al centro storico. Comodo il parcheggio interno. Belle le stanze, che risultano anche molto silenziose e pulite. Migliorabile il servizio durante la colazione |

la atención muy atenta del personal que nos atendia en los desayunos. En general el personal del hotel muy bien, bueno salvo la recepcionista de las mañanas pues era poco agradable en su relacion con nosotros.El desayuno para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas baja calidad y poca variedad, sugerimos que lo revisen.Si llevas tu ordenador portatil no puedes usarlo, has de usar el de ellos y te cobran por cada dia 15 euros.No hay calefacción en elbaño y hacia frio para bañars |

O quarto espaçoso e confortável , com mobilia nova e sem poeira ou carpete .Ambiente claro e limpo. Sim há necessidade urgente de melhorias no serviço de café da mahã.Um única moça, apaesar de muito esforçada,não dava conta de manter a reposição dos produtos e servir o café. |

Gentilezza del personale Location Bellezza del decor Sarà un caso, ma non ho avuto riscaldamento né coperta fino alla mia richiesta di notte. L'odore del bagno mostrava scarso uso del giusto detergente. Per un disabile: la camera non ha telefono vicino, non si può uscire da soli, la doccia è inuitilizzabile. |

Äußerst zuvorkommender Service an der Rezeption. Die Reklamation bzgl. des ersten Zimmers wurde sofort vor Ort kontrolliert und noch am selben Abend ein anderes Zimmer organisiert, sogar inklusive Entschuldigungsschreiben (!) Gute Lage, Parkplätze (kostenpflichtig) vorhanden. Das erste Zimmer, das wir hatten war inbesondere im Bad ziemlich schmutzig. Der Waschbeckenabfluss war verstopft; Klimaanlage ging immer wieder aus. Aufgrund unserer Reklamation erhielten wir sofort ein anderes Zimmer, das allerdings bzgl. Sauberkeit auch nicht perfekt war. |
