Nice new facilities. Apartment style with 3 rooms. Large shower and balcony. Decent kitchen with pots/plates. Busy road out front but didn't hear it from inside the room. Secure parking under the hotel. Ask at the desk as the initial parking in front is crazy. Elevators from parking up to room. Great for a night or week long stay. Without GPS I might have been all over the city as there are a number of one-way streets but the coordinates given on the website bring you right to their front door. Staff during check-in spoke very little English. Was given directions (on free city map rom hotel which was a plus) to the restaraunt area but it was the shopping zone - spent 1.5 hours looking for somewhere other than a cafe to eat. Ended up eating Chinese. TV reception was poor but I only had it on for a distraction anyway. I only used the hotel for a place to sleep for the night so can't comment on location to any attractions other than shopping area which was a short walk away. |

The staff were very pleasant and the cleaning staff helpful. Lovely space to spend time in, very well appointed with cooking facilities. The location was less than appealing, but if you have to stay in Cosenza it's a good spot! |

Superbly excellent apartment (sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and huge balcony), completely new, luxury fittings, good free wifi. Very cheap. It took me an hour to find the hotel despite having GPS. The road was closed for 3 km! Cosenza is dreadfully dirty but if I had to go there again, I would definitely stay in the hotel. |

Camere deluxe con cucina e area relax: fanno sentire a casa. La grandezza delle camere è notevole, al di sopra della media dei 4 stelle. Il terrazzo coperto con vista su Cosenza è magnifico. Letti molto comodi. Televisori piatti hd ready con sky. Servizio colazione in camera con cornetti caldi e macchina/cialde caffè di ottima qualità. La posizione della truttura è ottimale, a 2 minuti a piedi dal magnifico corso cittadino con museo all'aperto. Decisamente più lunga la passeggiatina verso il centro storico e il Duomo. Design troppo essenziale per i nostri gusti: manca il "calore" di altre strutture. Sicuramente da migliorare la pulizia degli accessori cucina (bollilatte, caffettiere, etc). Vista l'ampiezza dello spazio disponibile, bisognerebbe aggiungere qualche alloggio orizzontale per le valigie in camera da letto e qualche complemento di arredo nell'area soggiorno. Una sola persona in reception anche di giorno non può dividersi tra telefono e assistenza ai clienti. |

Dalla descrizione dell'hotel, non si evince che si tratta solo ed esclusivamente di appartamenti. Sembrerebbe, infatti, che nella struttura siano presenti anche camere standard, ma così non è. Inoltre, scomoda la tv presente solo in soggiorno e non in camera da letto |

conveniente nel rapporto prezzo/comfort. receptionist cortese e disponibile. suite e bagno puliti e spaziosi. possibilità di cucinare in camera (anche se non ne ho fatto uso). design un po' freddo. zona non troppo piacevole anche se a pochi isolati dal centro cittadino. |
