Location just right next to Pantheon in the heart if city... Walking distance to Vatican and other attractions. Tad away from collasseum. Facilities were good, spacious room to sleep 4 adults, equipped kitchenette, excellent bath with steam and shower.

Lacked a washing machine and ironing facilities. It is a apartment only without any breakfast or room service. Cleaning charges at 50 euro per stay are tad steep.

The location was fantastic. The balcony with enough space to sit down, have a drink, soak in the lively atmosphere of Piazza Navona and watch the world go by. The customer service by the host, Sharon, was terrific. She also organised the car pick up from airport. Very clean and well appointed with all that one would need for a comfortable stay.

    Nothing really.

From the moment we got off the plane in Rome, we were very well looked after and advised by the property manager Sharon. She arranged a guide for us and a very enjoyable night tour of Rome. The apartment was awesome! We felt like locals. It over looks the best Piazza in Rome.....perfect people watching in late afternoon early evening. The place was very comfortable for the 4 of us and very clean.

I was travelling with my mum for four days and it was the first time we had decided to go for an apartment rather than a hotel. We were staying at the Pantheon Suite and we loved it. You can't beat the location. You can see the back of the Pantheon from the room. Everything apart from the Vatican was within walking distance. The suite itself was very clean and had all the amenities you could need (remember to turn on the hot water when you arrive though). The lady who attended us was very helpful and we even got to leave our luggage in the suite all day on the last day after we checked out in the morning to go wondering around before leaving in the evening as the next guests were not due till the next morning. All without being charged. The wifi is not the best but it works most of the time. Just turn it on and off if it stops working. Also there is a taxi rank a few meters outside next to the Pantheon for getting back to the airport so no need to worry about booking taxis for your return. All in all we found it brilliant and this is coming from someone who has a super fussy mum.

We had asked for a taxi to pick us up as we were arriving late at night but when we arrived it wasn't there. So we got a taxi at the airport instead which was just fine and 10 Euros cheaper. Home Suite Rome obviously didn't charge us for that taxi that never turned up. Also if noise is an issue, our suite was right opposite a school so there was quite a lot of noise associated with parents dropping off their children and then standing around to chat at 6am! This only happened on our first day though as it was rainy the next day and then it was the weekend. Otherwise it was pretty quiet. I personally liked the noise of the school as it gave me a taste of what it would be like if I were living there as a local as opposed to a tourist cooped up in a hotel. Finally, there are 30 flights of steps to climb to get to the suite so if mobility is an issue then don't go for this. Again we didn't have a problem with this.

Brilliant location. Sharon was a lovely person to communicate and coordinate with. Room was nice and big. Felt very safe in the apartment and location. Wifi worked perfect.

Only a tiny complaint that there wasn't enough toilet paper and no tissues! Of course I could have just gone to the nearby supermarket and bought some, but we ran out just as we left, which was a short 3 days. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Sharon was very helpful and pleasant. Apartment was perfect for us.

It was noisy at night with people at the bars directly under the bedroom window. Double window to block noise would have been great.

We liked absolutely everything! Starting with the kindness and friendlieness of Sharon who received us and gave us good advices, to the perfect location of the apartment just next to Pantheon. We also appreciated the espresso coffee machine, the good wifi net and the music machine (amplifier) for the iphones. Also the kindness to let us do a late check out.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

Everything perfect! Brilliant location with balcony overlooking fountains in Piazza Navona. Great to sit and relax and view Rome life. Furnishings tasteful and elegant. Very comfortable beds and pillows. All kitchen goods supplied as well as coffee machine with pods supplied. Sharon the perfect host with great communication and follow-up (10/10). Short walks to all top spots (Trevi, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, top shopping streets, Piazza Campo d'Fiore, beautiful via Coronori with top Gelato stop, close to Cadtel Dt Angelo. Really the best location and best accommodation. 10/10 all round!

The apartment is beautifully appointed with many luxurious touches. And the location so close to Campo de Fiori was convenient to everything.

The downside of being so close to Campo de Fiori is that it's noisy -- bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Brilliant location for sight-seeing in Rome as it is walking distance to most attractions not to mention area was a gelato heaven! The apartment itself was spacious for a studio, clean and looked well designed and expensive. Good communication with Sharon via emails. The fact that we were able to leave our luggage until 3pm was a big bonus. Highly recommended!

Wifi ok but could be better. We can sometimes hear people walking from the apartment above us.

Location is in the centre of Rome and walking distance to major sites like trevi fountain and others. Pantheon is just a minute walk and lot if good restaurant around there although costly.

You need to carry the luggage up the stair was bit of a problem.
