Spotless, modern room. Fast reliable wifi.
We arrived at midday and were unable to access the building as there was no one at reception.
Very nice staff. Stylish, clean place that offers everything you need during a short city trip.
You can hear the other guests as the walls are very thin.
it s really a great choice. really great location and the room are very well decorated and furnished. great vaue for money Jacopo
Location was great. The building was situated in between the Spanish steps and the Termini, and it's a twenty-minute walk to either places. There's a really lovely restaurant down the street called Piccolo Abruzzo. We were allowed to check-in earlier around 11AM.
The towels were not changed even though our stay was for 4 nights. Beds were comfortable but there was quite a bit of traffic noise from the streets. Decor was minimal. In fact, there was a long crack winding up the wall behind the bed.
The room was well renovated, with modern furniture. Small but comfortable.
1.It was disappointing when we found out that the exterior of the building is still being renovated! No light entered our room, which was unpleasant. (Home town suites should have mentioned about that!). 2.No staff support, the lady was not really helpful! (I asked for a cup and they couldnt give me one!) 3.The room looked clean but we found some hair in the shower! 4.Although the bathroom was spacious, the shower was too small! 5. Wifi was not working. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay...
Location not far from Via Veneto and nice residential neighbourhood. Recently renovated rooms. Tastefully furnished and renovated.
Since no one is on site 24 hours, this isn't really a hotel or even a B&B. (Although the manager Eduardo is reachable by cell and tries his best to be helpful in such a complicated and rip-off city as Rome.) The heat never worked and I was unlucky for unseasonably cold and rainy weather in Nov 2013. Also unlucky (and not notified by establishment nor booking.com) that the building exterior is being renovated (early morning noise, no light enters windows).
Whole exterior of the building is under construction, scaffolding is covered, so there is no natural light coming through window. Breakfast was in a local bar where you can choose one drink and one pastry. I would not recommend this place
Reasonably well located, clean and modern.
We were very disappointed with the room here. Although the booking said check in was any time between 1pm and 7pm, by 1:30pm the owner was calling and emailing wanting a specific time, and then complained when we arrived. There was scaffolding across the outside of the building meaning no natural light could come through our window (the scaffolding was covered). The breakfast was not at all as expected - it's tokens for the local coffee shop where you can get one drink and one pastry. In addition, the first day we were there the cleaner barged straight in, and on the second day was asking us how long we'd be an hour and a half before check out time. I would not recommend this place.
Room was new and updated and very clean
It was in a building with construction and scaffolding out front. It does not have a clearly marked entrance. It is on the 4th floor with a 2 person elevator, not what we expected from the outside but was good when we got inside. Not something you would find in U.S. B&B. Breakfast is NOT in the building and is free only for continental style.
Good location Easy going serveice
I can`t sleep any day. We had 1bouble bed, 1 singal bed in kitchen. To clease each room , you can heard shower, open key, it`s mass. Next my door, it seems like right next you in same room.
The rooms are very pleasant
The breakfast is very limited. There is no staff support as the hotel is very small.
The room was modern, updated and had a very nice bathroom.
The place was noisy when other people would check-in in the early morning and the rooms would be cleaned too early in the morning preventing you from sleeping in. Also there is no telephone in the rooms or in the public corridor.
The rooms were lovely, new and clean. The hotel is located only 4 blocks from the Via Veneto so within easy walking distance of your choice of great places to eat. The area is very safe. I will certainly recommend this establishment to friends and hope there will be a room available for me to stay on my next trip to Rome
