Very intersting design of the building and especially inside

Staff was not so polite as everywhere else in Italy.

Clean, modern and white rooms. Stuff is very friendly and the hotel had all facilities as for sole travelers as for family travelers.

No smoking area available insight the hotel

Design. Breakfast: composed both from regional and traditional ingredients! Excellent quality of the food, very very good service at the brekfast!

Small choice in the minibar

Super clean, all white room. Great blackout shutters at night. Cute little rooftop deck with a jacuzzi for next time.

The shower. Typical European open glass so water went everywhere. I couldn't figure out how to turn the tv on, but also couldn't be bothered to ask someone.

If you have an eye and appreciation for design, this hotel is a must try. I loved the decor of the hotel. Everything is white and gold, very bright impression. My room had a little terrace and even though it was winter, I sat outside and enjoyed it. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast buffet was a lil surprising and new to me due to the fact that there were a lot of sweets to choose from: tarts, muffins, pie slices, etc. But when I asked for scrambled eggs & fresh OJ, it was served to me in an instant and with a big smile. Very attentive kitchen staff. Location of the hotel is very convenient and nearby big attractions such as Ufizzi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti & Boboli Gardens. All within walking distance and easy to reach. You can have a beautiful stroll on the Lungarno alongside the Arno river. The hotel staff were friendly enough to give me a few good restaurant addresses near the hotel. One place they recommended and which I particularly enjoyed was resto ll Baldovino. Very good food.

The bathroom was a little cold as compared to the room itself. The shower is a bit tiny and has no door so you must be a little careful not to wet the floor around it too much.

It was a very nice hotel, lovely design, comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpfull staff and excellent location!

The interiors of the hotel were amazing. I really enjoyed the all white concept . Rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was very nice and fresh. Staff was very friendly and polite.

The location was not so good specially if you are not having a car and travel by public transport. There are only one bus going to hotel from main train station. No tea / coffee maker machine in room. The mini bar was also not cooling the drinks much.

Everything :) especially the staff at Reception and during breakfast. We wish to say hello to them xxxxx

Not quite luxury class despite thinking that it is. Not enough attention to details.

Good front desk

No bath, just a shower and it was not enclosed completely. The towels were hanging over the Toilet and did not smell completely clean

Hotel home florence had clean rooms and friendly hotel staff, great value too. It is in an ideal location, walking distance to all major sites.

Very minor - Shower had no glas. And very tiny, water got everywhere

The staff were friendly and professional, the hotel had been finished well with lovely decor. The rooms were spacious & clean and the hotel was in good walking distance to sights and things to do in Florence. As a young married couple we'd highly recommend the hotel.

We were not aware of what the hotel had to offer - e.g pool table, gym, etc. maybe our ken fault for not looking at this beforehand!!

White colour scheme ageing and appears grubby. However, overall cleanliness good. Service occasionally indifferent, 'though always friendly.

I very much enjoyed the location and the style of the hotel. As a manager of a hotel in the Tuscan countryside, I will recommend HH to all my guests.

The location was convenient, average of 15 minutes from any turistic atraction. The room was kept clean, and the bed sheets (including pillow sheets) were changed daily.

1. The hotel staff were not professional. Almost every request was answered with "non posso far' niente". Examples: toilet got broke (flushing continuously) and could not be fixed, after two requests, so we had to change rooms at midnight; laundry service, even if it is listed, is inexistent (after 4 days, they returned my clothes appologising that, being August, no laundry is open). Moreover, if I were not vigilent, I was going to be charged for the laundry. 2. Breakfast was quite OK, but below a 4 stars hotel. Coffee was sometimes good, other times undrinkable. No extra cutlery or dishes, so you only get the ones at the table. 3. Kitsch-futuristic design can be appealing for some, but inpractical. Stools in the breakfast room were hard to climb, reading lamp was very weak, but the night stand would light itself (feature that was not functioning in all the rooms) Overall, a good hotel, but with a lot of room for improvement

My girlfriend and I couldnt stop praising this amazing hotel. It was the highlight of our trip. Hotel staff were the nicest (really!), the place was clean, classy and the breakfasts were phenomenal. In the lobby, they even gave out free apples and foucachio!!The hotel is spectacular and nice, only 3 years old. Very quiet - no kids around. very romantic!!! I loved the"white theme." Pics you see are legit!

Very good location, nice hotel, rooms, and breakfast! The hotel is good value for the money. Staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean, could have more amenities, I would definitely stay there again!

Everything was ok.

Great designed hotel, spacious modern comfortable rooms with a good location by the river. I like the touch of free freshments after a long day of shopping and siteseeing.

The hotel, without instructions! The hotel staff seemed inexperienced. Im 5.5 months pregnant and they did not offer to carry my bags to my room and when the lift broke they were very reluctant to help me carry my case down 4 flights of stairs Although the staff were friendly, the staff did not give any introduction to the hotel, facilities or breakfast times and were not able to provide any recommedations on where to eat or seem knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Our room had one small skylight window. It was only on the 3rd day we worked out how to open and close it!

The staff speaks very good English and is very helpful. Even guided me for the city tour for the next day. The facility is all newly set up and the WIFI is with high speed.

If you have a train to catch, then the location is a bit far away. It takes half an hour to go the main railway station by bus. But if not, then most of the sightseeing spots can be reached on foot.

Very clean and new design, good beds, great breakfast. The location is perfect, walk distance 5-10 minutes to old town, museums, Dome and 2 minutes to the river. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has bikes you can rent and bike around the city.

The internet was very slow.
