the proximity to Rome famous places the single " executive" room was a pigeon hole; the room was dusty; bed sheets were only changed upon request. |

Great location, nice hotel staff. Room was small but that that is typical in many European hotels. |

The location is great and the staff is very helpful. The windows were open with out a screen. There were Spiders in the room. |

Bathrooms, although beautiful, are designed poorly. Shower door opened on one side only...you literally had to jump around the toilet to get into the shower...o.k. if you are a child...not good otherwise... |

Very friendly and helpful staff, the upgrade was appreciated. suite brilliant for family, fabulous location for most tourist locations all walkable. Breakfast was quite expensive and limited for choice |

Excellent location, but in-house dining somehow pricy. Lots of nearby less espensive choices nearby though. Quadruple room a little tight. Sofa bed is not comfortable for adults or older children. Shower space very small. A clothline would have been great. Additional tv channels in english would have been a plus. |

the location of the hotel is excellent. We got upgraded to a suite which was quite spacious and luxurious. Staff was courteous and helpful |
