I stayed at Suite # 501 which has a very nice terrace overlooking the roofs of Rome. Quite splendid. |

Very kind staff, excellent position. Note: breakfast not included, a little expensive (it's not a problem as the area is full of bars -there's one in the hotel too - where you can have breakfast for few euros..) |

The location is perfect. I studied and worked in Rome for 7 years so I know my way around. It was great to be propro centro-centro. Great for eats and shopping. Not to mention great conversations at cafes nearby. Although the staff was relatively friendly, GianLuca went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. It seems he understands the concept of customer service on an international level. When I travel, hotel staff (could) make my stay either comfortable or tolerable. My goodness the noise level is unbelievable. Being in propro centro- centro makes no difference if you can't sleep at night. A member of the staff made communication uncomfortable. First I spoke to him in Italian then English. It was only after he realized that I was a guest did he accomodate me. Clarks instead of Hogans doesn't always designate economic level. Perhaps he could learn some diplomacy lessons from GianLu..smile |

The Hotel was central to all the popular attractions. The walls were very thin. A bit noisy. |

Location was excellent. Room was very small but adequate. Needs a bit of sprucing up. Simple things like straightening out the wall scones; fixing/cleaning the air-con; general maintainance. |

The location was excellent. Since it was very hot when I was there, the air conditioning was great! The bathroom was wonderful. Good value compared to other hotels I looked into, thought the price for the dates I was there went up considerably after I booked. Front desk staff could have been friendlier. |

Great location. Very tidy and cleaniness of rooms. Although it is small, very pratical. Better than expected. I booked single for double occupancy and mentioned in reservation stage. However, they didn't mention about extra person charge. Finally they did charge additionally. |

I did not enjoy this hotel. Its location was the only good thing about it. Rooms much too small, "triple executive" was a joke! I've stayed in better 2 star hotels! The airconditioning didn't work, smelled bad, staff indifferent, electrical problems where power was turned off for hours with no warning or even explanation or apology! would never recommend this hotel. |

Location excellent for all city centre activities and restaurants, 100 metres from The Spanish Steps Our room was inward facing into a small courtyard with construction material, and had little airflow with the window open |

Strategic location - near shopping area, restaurants, subway; windows soundproof to outside noise; aircon unit very silent and easily regulated; reception staff very friendly and courteous. Executive single room: very small so one can hardly do anything but sleep or read/watch TV from bed; very small shower area even for a small person; one can hear noise & footsteps in the corridor. |
