the location of the hotel is excellent. We got upgraded to a suite which was quite spacious and luxurious. Staff was courteous and helpful we would have liked some ironing facilities ie an iron/ironing board, we had to settle for wrinkled clothes for our five day stay |

Great location, clean and comfortable room, although small, friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need for a stay in Rome is there. Not responsive to an email about airport transportation, which they claimed to offer. Then, the price was a little high. Also, the company they refer to for on/off bus tours was pretty bad, but they were interested in addressing the problems with the company. No refund was offered, though. |

Large nice room. Bathroom was clean. Best possible location close to via Condotti & Piazza di Spagna. Very nice surroundings. Nice staff with good tips for restaurants. We had a great stay. A little expensive but high standard. Breakfast was 35€. We did not eat here and found nice italian cafés for 5€ instead. |

The staff was extremely helpful during our stay. they scheduled tours for us and recommended restaurants for us. we loved the Vuda bar. the location was great! we actually went back on our way back through Italy and stayed there again. they remembered us and were wonderful! For the money the breakfast should be included! |

it was very quiet and i really liked the bathroom. the internet connection was charged and they had blocked the wireless in the rooms |
