“Het hotel is super gelegen( op de hoek van Via sistina en vlak aan spaanse trappen) je hebt geen last op de kamer van straatlawaai. Mijn kamer was klein, maar supercomfort in de badkamer.(enorm veel handdoeken, grote douche) maar alles was zeer proper. De receptie is 24h op 24h open, super vriendelijk onthaal.”

Het viersterrenboetiekhotel Homs ligt in het centrum van Rome, op 400 meter van de Spaanse Trappen en de belangrijkste winkelstraat, de Via Del Corso. Het beschikt over een gemeubileerd terras dat uitkijkt over de daken van Rome. De kamers zijn elegant ingericht met lichte kleuren en houten meubilair. Ze zijn uitgerust met satelliet-tv en sommige hebben ook een klein balkon met uitzicht op de straat. De stijlvolle hotelbar, de Vuda Bar, ligt naast de deur en is ideaal voor een ontspannende cocktail of heerlijk kopje koffie. Het beschikt over een lcd-televisie waarop muziekoptredens en evenementen worden getoond. Het Homs bevindt zich op minder dan 5 minuten lopen van metrostation Spagna. Het hotel is super gelegen( op de hoek van Via sistina en vlak aan spaanse trappen) je hebt geen last op de kamer van straatlawaai. Mijn kamer was klein, maar supercomfort in de badkamer.(enorm veel handdoeken, grote douche) maar alles was zeer proper. De receptie is 24h op 24h open, super vriendelijk onthaal. Het ontbijt dat extra te betalen is, is geen aanrader, is te duur voor wat het is, (15euro) je kan beter zoals alle Italianen, koffie en croissant bestellen aan de bar prijs 2.70euro.

Lovely hotel,very nice, very clean, very comfortable bed.Excellent location in the centre of Rome within walking distance ,ten minutes ,of all the main sites. .Staff were very nice and friendly and efficient .Nothing was a problem .elizabeth

The location was good The hotel is over priced and over rated. We arrived to be shown to a small dingy room with almost no natuaral light. On complaining we were given a room that was not much bigger but brighter as it was on the front, however this meant consdierable noise until at least 4am. Neither of the rooms were anything like that shown on the website pictures Anything we asked for seemed an effort for the reception staff. We did not have the breakfast as these were poor and way over pricede you could go around the corner for a third of the price indeed their prices for everything was excessive. In all not a pleasent experience, I do not mind paying but I expect quality and this we did not get. Fortunately it failed to ruin our trip to a wonderful city.

The location was perfect, the terrace on the fourth floor was not big but sunny, girls and guys on the reception were very kind-hearted. The room was very small, and it was difficult to sleep with open windows - because of the noisy restaurants and especially in the early morning :-( The breakfast was a little expensive.

This hotel is perfectly located - so close to so many of the main attractions of Rome - great shopping and many good restaurants close by too - its location is really great - the staff were lovely too - and their english is very good so much better than my italian... The rooms are a little small but given that this is a centrally located, older hotel and so reasonably priced - if you are having a short stay and not spending too much time in your room - there's really no problem with a small room - it was perfectly adequate for our needs

I like hotel, it was nice, but nothing is for free, even wifi. But Rome is the best place for spending time ;)

Excellent location, walked to all of the sights in Rome. I expected the rooms to be small, like most in Europe. The web sight showed some nice looking rooms. Ours were so small they made cruise ship rooms look roomy. No free internet/ wi-fi and no free breakfast. Although the location of this hotel is prime, I still feel like we got ripped off. The location was perfect - close to shops, restaurants, and metro. Bathrooms were very nice. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable and room was extremely small and not very well furnished. Since the price did not include breakfast, we expected a nicer room.

Location is wonderful. Piazza di Spagna (spanish steps) is just 1 minute by walking. Via del Corso, Via Condotti are the most popular shopping streets are so close. You can walk everywhere in Rome. Hotel is very clean, elevator is working properly. I would stay there again. It is so safe for solo traveller.

The location was great, we walked to everything. This was the only place we stayed in all of Italy that charged for internet service.I Also think they should of offered some sort of breakfast for the price we paid, even a coffee.

Very nice hotel I think the location is the best and there lots of nice cozy restaurants in this area plus the stuff speak English and the room has a/c perfect for a short holiday only the constructions that going on at the buildings near and you have to pay for wifi those only the negative things in the hotel I think in general it's nice

The location is excellent. It is located between Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Heart of the shopping district and plenty of restaurants. The staff was not able to direct us to the hotel. When we asked if we could drive our private car to the hote entrancel, she said yes. But we found out later that the hotel is in a restricted area where cars cannot be driven in. Furthermore, we requested other information for places of interest and were given wrong info.

Staff were very nice, they helped me about everything I asked for. Rooms are clean. I was a solo traveler and booked single room,single rooms are quite small,you can barely move inside of the room. My room was next to elevator and because of that it was quite noisy at night. Beds can be designed much more comfortable but location of the hotel is best for city trip and shopping.

The staff were the best I have had in a long time. They notified me prior to my arrival letting me know I could reserve a shuttle from the train station and then followed up my response with the subway directions to the hotel. The desk clerk was very warm and welcoming. She assisted me with how to use the subway to get to my tours. I felt very welcomed and safe at this Hotel. I was very surprised at the size of the room for the money. This may just be a cultural thing. For the cost in the us the room would have been at least double the size but it was very clean
