Located opposite the Palazzo delle Esposizioni exhibition centre, Hotel Boutique Nazionale offers modern rooms with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. It is 5 minutes' walk from Repubblica Metro Station....
Score from 326 reviews Very good
In a sober and elegant building, Pace Elvetia is in the very heart of Rome. From the hotel you can walk down to Piazza Venezia and the Coliseum, or up towards the Quirinale Hill.
Score from 421 reviews Good
Housed in a 15th-century building in the center of Rome, the Residenza In Farnese overlooks Farnese Palace and is a 5 minute walk from the Campo De' Fiori and Piazza Navona squares.
Score from 736 reviews Very good
Hotel Navona is in a restored 15th-century building complete with frescos. The property is right behind the beautiful Church of Sant'Ivo alla Sapienza. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property....

Very good breakfast, comfortable and clean room, team prepared to give touristic guidelines, a few minutes away of walking distance from the main important spots. I've got everything I needed during my two days of stay.
Nothing to say about the hotel. But I'd advise travellers who arrive through Roma Termini train station with more than a backpack to get a taxi (around 12 euros). I like to walk and the distance to the hotel was not that far. However, there are many ups and downs and it is not easy to take a luggage with you.
Very clean hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast, perfectly located in the middle of Rome, walking distance from all major attractions. Definitely will stay there next time I visit Rome!!!
Wifi access only in the lobby area...but I know they are working on it.
Location - walking distance from main Rome sights, helpful staff
My friend and I had a wonderful time on our holiday. The hotel was perfect for location and very helpful in telling us the best places to eat and visit and providing us with maps of how to get around. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was delicious :) definitely recommend and go back again! Thank you! :)
The position of this hotel was absolutely incredible. Could not have been better. Walking distance to everything. The breakfast was very nice.
The bed was very hard and not very comfortable although I still slept well from all the walking I did. Also, the curtains didn't close so the room got light early.
Location is perfect! You can reacht almost everything in walking distance. Breakfast is good.
To expencive We don`t like carpet on floors, but it was clean
The location was perfect, the longest site seeing walk was 25-30 minutes to Vatican City. You could walk everywhere comfortably- restaurants, bars, sites, buses. The breakfast was good, and the staff was nice.
The room was clean, but humid and stuffy-especially after a shower. We were in Rome in January and it was cold but we continually opened the window to alleviate the humidity and air out the room. It just seemed stale, but we were out and about a ton and only got ready and slept in the room and it was perfect for that.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
To start with there is no way this is 4 * hotel, I would give it 2!! Room was very small, we had no space for our suitcases. We also could not close the curtains and we had street light right in the window.. Bathroom even smaller. Impossible to store any personal stuff. Shower corner was so small I don't think somebody with overweight would fit in. There was the water all over the floor after taking shower.... :(
The location was perfect. Very clean. Breakfast was average.
Bathroom was too tiny, no much space. Probably they have to review their beds too.
I was able to walk almost EVERYWHERE I wanted to visit in Rome from this hotel. About 15 minutes from Piazza Navona where it's nice to spend evenings in Rome because of the numerous restaurants. 30 minutes walk to the Vatican. 15 minutes walk to Trastevere. 3 minutes to the Vittorio Emanuele Monument. 10 minutes to the Colosseum. 20 minutes to Piazza del Popolo. Rome doesn't seem so vast because of this hotel's excellent location.
While the hotel is walking distance to a lot of sights, it is not near any metro station, and the walk from Termini station is a hilly one, making a taxi the only feasible way to get to Fiumicino airport. The carpets are shabby but the room is clean enough. The bed isn't comfortable, but with so much to be out and about in Rome for, that wasn't much of an issue.
location excellent breakfast good comfortable room near to many restaurants for all price ranges
No world news channels in English on TV occasional unpleasant drain smell in bathroom no shower tray white tile square with no lip
Due to my job I am very depending on Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi was our of order during my whole stay, Thursday- Sunday The staff did not seem very interested to repair it. Did not get any reduction of price. The staff got angry when I tried to get a reduction as I did not get what was confirmed and what I payed for Will not stay there agin. At least one star to much
Very central, but down a quiet side road. Turn right out of the front door and you find a bit of 'real' Rome and a couple of good quality, un-touristy restaurants.
A few more 'home comforts' in the room would have been nice, such as tea and coffee making facilities and a surface in the bathroom to put toiletries on.
The staff was very friendly and attentive. The Hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Nicely decorated. The location was in the middle of town but a very quiet street, very convenient to walk anywhere
This hotel has small rooms. If you are single and you need a large room, book a double! If you are 2 people be sure your room is large enough. All rooms are different. Its an ancient building so spaces are odd.
Staff were really helpful. One nice restaurant near by. Great roof top terrace that you can access
Very uncomfortable beds and tiny rooms Location just ok
Staff seems too busy to say hello to the customer on board. Meanwhile, this is the only one hotel who is not able to provide visitors with adapter during my trip among 5 cities in Switzerland and Italy.
Receptionist very helpful, had e-mail before arrival asking if we needed a taxi from the airport.
Options at breakfast could be improved
Our room accommodations, breakfast and staff at Hosianum Palace were excellent. We were just around the corner from Piazza Venezia and within walking distance of the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum, and the Colosseum. The location was perfect.
Our Booking.com confirmation stated "Wi-Fi is available in all areas..."but upon checking in we were told it was only available in the lobby. We would not have booked this reservation if we would have known this, even though the other accommodations were excellent.
