the staff and location
The location is good, 3 minutes walk from the station Roma Termini.
It's a dark building, the wifi signal doesn't reach all the building so I didn't have it in my room.
Extremely Friendly staff will help you to explore Rome. Very Close to metro and main station. Very good Pizza outside the hotel Everyday cleaning rooms.
a little bit dirty in bathroom.
Wifi should be provided in room.
Good for the position near the station.
Almost everything. I usually do not complain when I pay small amount of money and receive poor services, but this experience costed us about 98 Euro. Bad welcome, the receptionist guy wasn't very helpful, we needed to buy one towel for 2 euros 'cause rooms were not provided with (90 euros? no towel?). Security systems were almost absent, room was not very clean and with ridiculuos wooden beds that couldn't stay in one piece. In the bathroom humidity was almost everywhere, and some briquets were absent. There was supposed to be the TV but there was only the wall support empty. Please guys, do not go here, these totally non-legal structures would be fine if you pay like 5 euros per night, but no way paying that much money. No way.
Have a bed
Location is the main advantage of this hotel, 1 minute walk from train terminal. Taking a look on the entrance and general facilities, I was positively surprised by clean & fresh bed sheets.
Credit card is not accepted, cash only. For some reason booking.com does not display the full price, when you book the place at this hotel. What it does is: it writes in a small letters about local tax which is per person per night... thus total price unpleasantly end up to be almost 25% higher than original written in bold. Staff knows that and tired to explain it to everyone. So, it was a bit of disappointment both due to the place and booking.com price mismatch. Do the math at home and may be you will find another place more suitable.
The price, and the location.
The cleanliness of the reception and the elevator area is totally absent. The toilette did not flush well and could not be fixed during our stay.
too close to Termini station, helpful staff
the girls at the reception were very helpful
the cleanliness was poor, for the use of towels you have to pay 2 euros/towels, very disappointing place.
The coffeeshop next to the entrance is perfect. And visit Andrea's restaurant at the next corner
It was the worst hotel i have ever stayed during my life. We made reservation for 4 days and payed money before seeing the room but we can't stand and left after 2 days. The building seems terrible, unclean and dark. The area over and under the lift was like a trash. There was no cabin for shower in the bathroom and the toilette was dirty.
don't choose standard rooms only "superior"
It was very close to Termini station, convenient to access to every sightseeing place, Colloceo, Vatican museum and so on.
The temperature of water couldn't be changed, if you have a plan for winter, I can't recommend this hotel.
Location is good
Wifi device everything in advertisement. No washing machine no other things.
They treat me bad
Staff were helpful Extremely close to the station, but external noise wasn't a problem.
The most dirty place I have every stayed in. Everything was broken in some way or another. Don't be fooled this isn't a hotel. We booked a private double room and thought it would be fine because it was "hotel", unfortunately we were right next door to a group of 6 very loud locals that came back to the hostel at 2 and continued to party with loud music until 4... right outside our door. In the morning we immediately proceeded to the lobby and asked if we could cancel our next 2 nights and get a refund for them. The lady at the desk was understanding, but said that would only work if someone else came in and asked for a room (they were fully booked out). Unfortunately this didn't work, but she was very helpful and told the offending party that if they were noisy the next night they would be kicked out then and there. The beds were glorified camp beds and sunk in the middle terribly. Wifi was only in the common area which got ridiculously overcrowded and hot in the summer you couldn't spend more than 10 mins there. Getting to our room took about 2 mins from the front door. Up 4 flights of stairs, through a door, through a corridor, through another door, down a set of stairs , through another door, and finally, another door to get to your room! Would avoid this place like the plague if you are looking for anything but a backpackers.
The location is good, near Roma Termini Station.
The service and room is just so so.
dirty, noisy, uncomfortable
The hotel is 20 meter from Termini.good value for money.
The lift and the wifi u have to be out from room.
Very good situation. Close to the city center with easy access to turistical attractions. Nice and helpful service
The location is amazing. The hostel is bog, so it's quite silent there, as there is quite a lot of space for all the people. The rooms are very comfortable with lovely clean and luxurious bathrooms. Silent from the street. It looks more like a hotel than like a hostel (which is a good point).
Complete lack of any kitchen or even a simple electric kettle where u could boil water for your coffee or tea. No breakfast included. Giving the guests the possibility to have free tea of coffee there and using a simple microwave to warm up some food would big a cheap but very important change.
the room was clean and staff were polite.
they did not change our towels. the heating system was off all the time, although it was the winter time and we practically were frozen at night. it was actually a hostel and not a one star hotel. there was no wifi in the room.
