very closed from Roma termini station.
The room was a cold. toilet was broken. so i couldn't use toilet in my room. and it was really bad reception and wifi.. i couldn't use wifi in my room.
Really dirty place. Found Haires on the bed, crumbes on the coutch, toothpast on the sink, toilets not clean (number 2 buisness)
The free "wifi" did not work at all, very disappointing...
Internet only in shared room
Nice location! The Staff is exceptionally friendly and co-operative!
Generally poor facility, e.g. doors must be repaired, bathrooms are a big problem major repairs needed! No cleaning was done at all during a two nights stay!
Location, if you can get past the dodgy surroundings.
When we first arrived there was 3 guys standing at the desk all on their phones and it seemed like we were bothering them. Then we were told that we needed to hand in our keys if we were to go out ( we had a private room ). Once we got to our room, the hall lights weren't working, there was no working wifi, it smelt like vinagar, and the bed sheets were not clean. There was hair in the bed sheets, also the lockers were not usable. The bathrooms were really dirty and had no toilet paper in them and the kitchen was so disgusting you felt dirty eating in there and there was no cutlery besides a giant soup soup. Showers were disgusting, neither of us showered it was that bad. The "common room" was the only place the wifi worked but didn't work great because the guy working was streaming videos and when told that the wifi wasn't working he chuckled and asked what he could do about it. It was just a disaster of a place. Not worth the money they're asking for.
Not far From Milano central, And we just walk around The city From hotel
Mold smell in the room
Location, shared kitchen, price
The hostel has no visual sign, badly maintained old building, wifi was only available in "reception area" plus the hostel has a very inconvenient way in order to access its different floors
Location close to Termini Low price
Promptness of staff in the morning (7 A.M). Had to wait 15 minutes at reception to hand in my keys
Bathroom and roles thy said they will colse 2 am if you didn't come they will close the doors
Good location of the hotel and very low price. Only 25 Eur for single room with bathroom.
Not polite service and bad smell in the room and bathroom. But in any case you cannot expect high class service for such price per night.
Bad internet signal and only works in a common room, toilet door lock was broken, noisy place, its only to stay a few days, not a place to rest
The price close to a main train station
The room and its facilities the staff the neighborhood
The room Was very dirtey the drains were smelling not fit for any one to stay in
The hotel is very near to the central train station. We need 30minutes walk to Colloseo. We can go to Vatican city by bus or metro. Bangladeshi & Indian food are available around the hotel.
Lift is very small & backdated.
I wanted to rent something very cheap in the center, as I did not expect to stay in the hotel for daytime, only for sleeping. Actually it was much better then I expected. - not a touristic location, but still very close to the center - metro and bus station is pretty close, but Colosseum is in walking distance - clean rooms - good beds - very low price - staff was very nice - surprisingly big room
The only thing which was a bit annoying was some sour smell in the room. You could get used to it easily, but every time we entered the room we could smell it. Other than that are some small things, which were not annoying at all, I expect these things in low-cost places, I just list it for others to know: - no towel provided (you can rent a big one for 2EUR at the reception) - only one small window to a lichthof (at least there was no traffic noise at all)
I like the stay at the Beauty Hostel in Rome because of the hospitality and kindness of Lily, Ali and Tiziana. They all were very helpful and smiling all the time. I could recomend staying at this place for all travelers. Thank you and see you in Rome in the future:) Malgorzata
close to statione termini and everything reachable by feet
Room was very dirty and dusty. Bathroom wasnt functioning-shower didnt work and light was broken . Loudly guests were disturbing us the whole night and preventing us to take a sleep so we were tired whole trip. There wasnt sign for hostel so we were in front of the door confused about hostel location. The neigborhood was very unsafe and dirty, very dissapointing.
Location. Close to train termini station. But still 15 mins walk.. With luggage about 25 mins walk.
The staff worked so slow. We arrived at 10pm was already so tiring. Waited for 20 mins to just check in. There is no sign to tell which level the hostel is. It's so noisy n dirty. It's not worth to pay for it...
location is excellent , 2 streets to termini station. Hostel is safe and clean. Recommanded to solo traveller
but not recommanded for romantic holidays as there are many homeless and the street smells like urine in the nearby area. Weak shower. No A/C
Maybe the location is ok. Close to the central train station.
The facilities are very very old. Space are very very tiny. I m sorry to say it is horrible place. Buy maybe this is Roma. Yes it is central, but it is very uncomfortable to stay there even for a few minutes, The same price, you can stay in a very nice bnb with your own room some where,(you can take metro and very easy)have washer, very clean and very nice places.
Good location, only five minutes walk to the main station and a twenty five minute walk to the Colosseum and other main attractions.
The wifi never worked which was a pain when trying to book activities for the next day, most of the staff seemed abit apathetic about everything, and it never really had a good vibe or homely feel about the place. It needs more character. Overall wouldn't recommend unless you were desperate for somewhere to stay.
The staff was friendly and we had a nice time in this hostel, although we only slept there mostly. The cleanliness and the comfort level was good as well for the low price!
Sometimes a bit noisy, otherwise ok.
The female receptionist is helpful in providing basic tourist information. Basic facilities - good wifi (depending on your room/bed position), 3 toilets (but 1 shower was not working), kitchen with some cooking facilities. Toilets were mostly clean, but quite dirty at night after everyone used it. The room and bed was very clean upon check-in.
The male receptionist on night duty was not prompt in handling requests. The fan in my room was broken and despite informing the receptionist during check-in, it was not replaced until I asked the male receptionist to replace it.
