Very not clean And bed no clam ..... nonono
Dirt everywhere, badly maintained
If one chooses this hostel, and keeps an open mind, it can find the good part of the place. Conditions are as price paid for night. But the atmosphere there is really nice, relaxed, the people are always there to help and offer advice. I had a great time there, enjoyed the company of the staff and other guests, being able to make the best of the time, sharing food, drinks and finding friends... Grazzie ragazzi per tutto. Me sono sentita multo bene con voi, siete molto bravi e simpatici tutti .... Si voi ritornare, sera per la bella atmosfera che io a trovato li .... :) ... Un grade bacio e abrasso per voi ...
good location, nice helpful staff, cheap.
no lock on girl dorm door but everyone in and out anyway.
Staff really friendly and helpful. Location close to metro services. Rooms clean and sociable. Upstairs kitchen has all you need and again, very sociable.
Only minor downside, 1 shower/toilet to 10 sharing.
the staff is not so friendly, you will finish paying more money because of linen bed and tax (a little bit more than 4 eur for both), not so clean place
Additional costs at arrival (read all of the small text!!)
My worst experience traveling abroad ever. I booked our check in for after midnight because our flight was coming in late. We arrive and he tells us that we can no longer have the room because check in stops after midnight and then blamed me for it. IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION ONLINE, then the business should honor that option. After that they told us that our private room was no longer available, but I don't understand how they could give away our room within an hour. Instead, they put us in a dorm and charged us more than the private. Worst experience ever and the guy was rude about it. Never again.
Location, clean place
There was only one bathroom for all of us in females dorm. And when there's group of Japanese travelers who continuously occupied the bathroom then it's not really enough for us anymore.
its dangerous when you come back in the night. Since its near a immigration area. There may be some criminals.
People smoking inside common room
I can't think of any.
- sheet costs extra (not mentioned at time of booking) - WiFi signal only at corridor (including a narrow place next to reception, without seats) and very weak signal near the entrance of kitchen area - kitchen area only only open 8-23 (not mentioned at time of booking) - one night when I was quietly sitting at the stairs and trying to use the Wi-Fi , one of the staff started yelling at me that I must go into my room and sleep otherwise he would call the police (the first night the other guy at the reception was super nice and helpful in every way. Funnily that night people could sit at the stairs and on the floor at reception to use WiFi) - the part where you could put your small lock are already torn down on most of the lockers so you can't lock them, or even if you can, it is not very safe because they are made of plastic and very easy to break - the first day I saw two groups at the reception that were fighting to get their room/beds, apparently the hostel overbooked the place and they wouldn't help them - the area is considered one of the most dangerous zone (esp. via Padova) in Milan - no shades on the windows, in the early morning the sun wakes you up - the bed are super noisy, squeeky, and uncomfortable - after I have payed the hostel in cash I received an email from booking.com that the hostel can't charge my credit card and they cancel my booking. Due to this it took a long process for me to be able to leave this review. I believe most people wouldn't bother, and I wonder how many negative reviews are missing because of this practice.
close to railway staion
locked bathroom wifi not available on room
the host are really really friendly and helpful! thank u for the advice for food and placa in catania! room is big and comfortable. location is very good.
staff are nice and polite
the price is not the one showing on website so in the end cost 4 euro more... the 10 female room is already crowded but there are 2 more beds there,i dont know whats going on... yard is not open to ppl who live there! if just find a bed for one night, its fine but need at least 10 mins fast walk from central railway station!
The receptionistwas really helpful.
Long time waiting for an available toilet.
The receptionist was helpful and nice
Long time waiting for anavailable toilet
The hostel is cheap, therefore you can't ask for much.... if you just sleep there, don't wanna cook by yourself and don't mind that the bathrooms aren't very clean it's an okay place to stay.
The kitchen is really bad. There are only 3 glasses, 5 plates. so if someone uses these at the moment ...you can't eat.. if you want to leave your luggage at the hostel on the day of departure you have to pay 5€ after 4pm for each piece - thats a lot! there are no keys. the rooms are always open for everyone in the hostel.
They were 24h to receive you. There was someone awake all night in case of you go out.
They ask you 2€ more by day as some kind of tax and 5€ for keep your baggage the last day. The showers hadn't enough hot water. There was only one toilet in the room for 14 people.
a terrible place, the staff looked like a gangster, the toilet was dirty, it was extremely cold, they only started the heater after we complained... even though we stayed in a twin room, we could not enjoy our stay at all, and imagine you're staying there in a 10 bunk-bed room
look what i've written for positive, and imagine what i can write as negative
bath room quite dirty; bed room very crowded; Wifi is not 24 hours
Nearby it is a supermerket if you need something... it is not too far from Lima-Corso Buenos Aires, of course, if you take the bus.
The receptionist was not so friendly, he did not introduce himself ; if someone new arrive, the receptionist will enter in your room with the new person no matter if it is 3 o'clock in the morning. But it is a great solution if you stay for one/two days..it is cheap
It was better than I expected. Clean enough, with lockers and wifi
Not enough plugs (4 in a room for 8). I slept on the upper bed and there was nothing to help me get there. I had to jump...
The staff is very responsive. This is the main plus of this hostel. Thank you. I feel sorry for the guys. They sit at the reception in the cold. Good kitchen. This hostel is very good for summer visits.
The very cold hostel. Poor water flowing from the tap.
the guy in the reception desk try to get into our female room without any reasons. and there is no lock on our door !!!!!!!!
