Hostel Prima Base

Bed was comfortable Room was clean Bathroom was kinda new Located close to bus stop and easy to reach from metro

Tv in common room didn't work Ants were running on tables in common room Only 1 receptionist could speak english (still not a great thou) Ordering a breakfast was taking ages - there was a option for crossaint&coffee, so I'm not gettin' why he was explainin it in a way like there is a full menu. What a waiste of time!! - Not enough toilet paper in dormitories - WIFI was cutting off even when seatin next to router!!! - No lockers in rooms (on website it says there should be some)

The people working in the hotel were very nice. Although there were some problems, they genuinely tried to solve or compensate them. I think that the hotel is a very good place for spending several days when travelling on budget.

Although the hotel staff are very nice people, they are not very good at managing the hotel. That is why there were some problems (like absence of tea bags or toilet paper). However they genuinely tried to solve or compensate them.

Perfect and supporting staff, very very hospitable and kind, good location, supermarket, shops and cafes are very close to the hostel. Beautiful garden in the yard. Good combination of price and quality. Is supposed for people who like to travel. Simple rooms, but clean and tidy.

The hostel was clean en d they had good matrasses. The hostel is nearby a busstop and a supermarket. the hostel is cheap.

As one of my fellowtravellers said: " The staff are nice people and friendly, but they really don't know how to run a hostel". You'll see that in equipment, administration,availability of material and organisation. The wwhole Hostel strongly needs to be reconstructed and modernized. Sometime there was lack of personel in the building. Instead of what is written on the webpage, there is no breakfast. You can get a cappuccino and a burnt croissant for € 2,--, but thats not advisable. I got the room with a discount of 40 %, but the normal prize is too high for the quality and service.

there was a woman who probably was the owner or something like that who was not very nice or well manered. She is the reason I would not like to go back or recommend it.

the staffs are very nice and fun, people can cook in the kichen, like a big family.

the place is worth it. it's not so close to the centre of the town, but it has a quite good kitchen, a good tv lounge and also a laundry facility.

The cappuccino was fantastic. We loved Augistino and the owner. Stayed there 2 different occasions and would go back again. NO TAX

Problems with equipment working in the kitchen.

The staff was really friendly and help you in every aspect. They give you the information that you would wonder to ask. The bathroom was really clean. The WiFi works without any problem! Is very cheap and is not complicated arrive there (recomendation: Go to Rebbibia or Ponte Pammolo undergrounds stops and take the bus that says “San Bacilo“.The bus is free so don´t worry. Then you just have to walk one minute).

Because is a little far away you have to wake up a little bit more early. Just as a recomendation put ladders in the beds that don´t have. Is a Good hostel!

Rooms were cold .heating was only on for a short time. I would not reccommend this place if you are looking for luxury.On The other hand the price was excellent as compared to the very expensive hotels in Rome and once you get used to the location ,all is fine .I would imagine this place iss very nice in the summer .

Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile . 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus che porta alla metro Rebbibbia. Ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze aperti fino a tardi.

Troppo distante dal centro di Roma bisogna prendere primaun bus e poi la metro ) . Camere rumorose . Non ci sono tende alle finestre. Non dispone di sapone e/o shampoo. Una salvietta disponibile per tutto.

La atención es muy buena, familiar.

Su ubicación, queda alejado de todo. No tienen duchas en la habitación. Las habitaciones estan sucias.

Rien ne correspondait avec notre reservation,

Chambre minable avec lit superposé, aucun confort, un simple lavabos et le plus c'est cette odeur de pieds noseabonde qui nous a empêché de dormir et je crois même que j'ai attrapé des puces, en plus on avait réservé 2 nuits, l'horreur. La salle de bain commune, baignoire toute jaune, il n'y avait même pas le flexible de pomme de douche, j'ai préfère ne pas me laver. C'est honteux pour le prix paye. Je m'arrêterai la, car il y en aurait trop à dire.

Apropierea de stațiile de transport în comun, amabilitatea personalului, wifi-ul gratuit, facilitățile, toate acestea la un preț minim, comparativ cu alte spații de cazare din Roma, fac din Prima Base un hostel ideal pentru cei care doresc să se plimbe toată ziua prin Roma și nu caută decât un pat în care să doarmă noaptea. Excursioniștii sunt cei mai potriviți pentru a sta la Prima Base.

Nie ma śniadań , choć są w cenie rezerwacji . Hałas głośnych drzwi w nocy.

La domenica e' chiuso, non vedi nemmeno un'anima....

Vstřícnost a přátelský přístup zaměstnanců. Možnost použití kuchyně. Velmi dobré spojení do centra města a přiměřená cena.

Precio y el trato del personal

L'accueil très agréable malgres les barrière linguistique le personnel fait beaucoup d'effort serviable nettoyé tout les jour lieu calme et repossant a l'extérieur de Rome mais très bien desservie extérieur agréable avec les balancelle petit déjeuner délicieux nous recommandons l'hôtel

hårda sängar, dålig (lite) frukost, fattades ofta toapapper eftersom personalen inte alltid fanns där, inga handdukar, sparsam inredning, dåligt läge
