Overall - an enjoyable stay and can be recommended. Staff were friendly and accomodating - even when busy (E.G. breakfast).

In the next phase of improvements..?: Swimming pool current design not ideal for either adults or children: - No shallow end for children, extremely slippery marble flooring, - No straight lines for adults and water kept too cool to enjoy for any length of time. The jacuzzi was more a plunge pool as water too cold for sitting around for ''water therapy''.

We stayed at the Hostellerie du Cheval Blanc for two days at the end of August. We had a pleasant stay and the staff was helpful and polite. We made some suggestions concerning the breakfast arrangements that were immediately taken up. The building is recent and well suited for an hotel. We had booked a "suite" that was spacious and had a nice balcony. However, the hotel punches well below its weight. The impression is one of a management that has given up. A few examples. The folder with local information we found in our room was a collection of photocopies, badly done (the toner had run out of the printer), curled and worn out and it contained a copy of a magazine listing events in Aosta for the last quarter of last year! The signs throughout the hotel were simple photocopies, glued to the wall with tape and also worn out. The safe in the room was extremely small and practically on the floor ! The breakfast room was pretty sad, with little or no cutlery on the tables. And, finally, the situation was not helped by the huge dog sleeping permanently more or less where guests are supposed to queue up at the reception. With a change of management, the Hostellerie du Cheval Blanc could become a very good four stars hotel, at the moment it is not.

Nice restaurant in the hotel. Modern design and object in the hotel. Very helpful staff with English ability.

Backyard of the restaurant along the road, it can be seen restaurant staff were smoking and chatting before opening time... This should not be visible for people, which I would suggest to make smoking room or space which invisible from outside.

Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and modern and it was very good value

The room was lovely however we had reserved a room with a balcony but were informed that there were no rooms with balconies available.

Met up with my family, used the pool and visited the roman ruins.

No option for a cooked breakfast

La struttura è molto carina

L'architettura, la posizione, la gentilezza e professionalità del personale, la comodità del letto, la televisione grande.

Le stanze hanno la moquette, la carta da parati comincia a scollarsi, la chiusura della vasca non si solleva, nello spazio centrale della struttura si percepisce sgradevolmente l'odore del cloro disinfettante della piscina interna. Non viene voglia di utilizzare il ristorante annesso.

Personnel charmant et bilingue, piscine agréable, restaurant gastronomique, chambres immenses. Séjour parfait, rien à redire !

Poca cura per I particolari, non puoi creare il colarium se poi non hai almeno un areatore che funziona nei bagni o le maniglie svitate, per quel prezzo.

Un breakfast di qualità mediocre con un servizio carente.

Abbiamo gradito molto la struttura dell'albergo. Molto confortevole il letto e la spaziosità della camera.

La stanza è molto ampia, ma sarebbe necessario un completo rinnovamento dell'arredamento, in particolare andrebbe sostituito il divano nell'area soggiorno.
