the receptionist( kala ?) is most enthusiastic I meet in the world,like the name of the hostel of the Sun. Like a friend already know for a long time although i only stay there for a short two days. environmental of the public area is nice and easy to make friends for solo traveler. From Jack

staff is very nice, give me many useful information. and room is clean. just a little far away from railway station. 10 min take public transport from railway station 不错，适合年轻人

one of the best hostels I've been to. awesome and really helpful staff !!!! nice breakfasts are included. And for nights there is a bar with cheap drinks. Thanks to this hostel Naples is one of my favorite places in Italy!

the first day arrive there i called the receptionist how can i get there ,i dont know even a word of italien ,i asked her to send a email to me to tell me the location ,but she kept telling me the name of station in italien which i totally didnt understand instead of sending me a mail . and the lobby is right outside the door ,and is so noisy in the evening !not a good experience anyway

a really nice hostel, with colorfully rooms. clean bed and bathroom, comfortable bed cover and bed lines! Nice breakfast in comparing with the most hostels in Italy. The most important thing is...the staff are niiiiice, they have recommended sight seeing spots and also good local restaurants. Enjoyed the stay there!

The location is nice, although it's a little far away from the central station but you can take r2 or tram 1 to go directly to the station,which will just take you 10 minutes and it's near the port and sea the scenery is very good.And one of the stuff is very nice but I'm sorry that I have forgotten her name, she will tell you every useful information you need and make the good recommendation about your trip.Also, the breakfast is ok, especially for the price.

The room is a little noisy because a lot of people live in a same room and the door cannot separate the sounds.

On arrival we were given heaps of great info on what to see and places to eat. It was well organised. We had everything we needed.

The traffic was loud at night. The showers in the 5th floor filled up. Breakfast was basic.

Almost everything - Staff are very nice and helpful. You don't need to plan anything before arriving Naples (of course, except how to arrive to the hostel). They will let you know where you should go and visit in Naples. All staff can speak very good English - Design is good - Facility is comprehensive. It has plenty of area for you to stay outside your room - a mini-bar, a common room, a kitchen, etc for you to watch TV, football games, have a drink and cook something - The lift is interesting. You can never find another one except here - Breakfast is good, having cheese, ham, cornflakes

The bed is not that comfortable

This hostel was in a great location. The atmosphere was excellent. The hostel is inside an apartment complex, which is ugly, but the change as soon as you walk through the hostel doors is incredibel. there is a common area, a bar and a kitchen for your use. There was free wi fi and free computer use. The breakfast was also included for free and was actually very decent! we were able to use the dvd player which was a nice treat for us backpackers. But best of all, the staff were SO nice and helpful. this made all the difference for us. They helped us in every aspect and i only wish we could hav stayed longer.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice staff, prefect atmosphere. With plenty knowledge, receptions always give useful suggestions for the city tour. The breakfast is included in the rate which is simple but pretty good.

The street it is on is a little sketchy, especially at night

Good location for those who like the port area. Just in front of the boats to the islands. Clean and spacious rooms, even the shared bathroom solution was OK, clean big bathroom. Friendly and very helpful staff. The Alibus from the airport takes you almost in front of the hostel, just 2-3 min walk. The old town is also close by walking. This area is better than the one close to the raillway station. ____ Jó helyen van a kikötőben. Szobák tiszták, nagyok, még a közös fürdőszobás megoldás is jó volt, kicsit tartottunk tőle, de nem kellett közösködni. Ajánlani tudom. Aki a kikötőt szereti annak nagyon érdekes, szemben a nagy hajókkal.

The port area is very noisy and not clean. But this is so in every port and this area is better than the one close to the raillway station. For me the outside noise was very disturbing even with closed windows. A környék koszos és zajos de ez van Nápolyban mindenhol és általában a kikötőkben. Nem veszélyes. Azért a kinti zaj nagyon zavart, erősen hallani még zárt ablakoknál is.

Nooothingggg

The staff were friendly and the tubs of nutella were ginormous. Our kids enjoyed watching the incredibles before bed on the community dvd player.

Very, very, very noisy....rooms were scattered throughout a large office/residential building...it was impossible to cook in the tiny overcrowded kitchen...showers were gross...paying for the elevator each time gets tiresome.

The staff is very help-full! and the simple breakfast is awesome
