In general all good
A few Small touches that make a good value like , Mini bar was empty even drinking water was not exist , and you can use the tap to drink , bath robe , slippers , shaving and teeth brushing kit ..etc , although such things are prepersonal care items , but you can find it good ,and in other hotels with same rank , also , the towels were clean but its smell like stored a long time , and make you feel uncomfortable to use .
First floor room on vle Liegi was noisy
Bed is comfortable and location also good.
Wifi connection is not good. That must be fix it.
Proximity to transit (tram and bus) Breakfast - had hot items such as sausages and eggs along with delicious croissants Wonderful staff - navigating the city, arranging transportation, baggage storage, spoke English very well
Cost could be a little lower, a tad expensive considering that we were on the outskirts of the city Laundry was 5 euro a cycle.
Clean, modern room Great Turkish bath Friendly staff at check-in
Very loud noises at night that made sleep impossible. I think it was the door to the stairs slamming shut and squeaking. We didn't bother mentioning it as it was late each night when we got back to our room. our kids already asleep and we didn't want to try and change rooms late at night. The next morning one member of staff was very unhelpful when we inquired about the bus, getting tickets and routes. Instead she kept insisting on us taking a taxi (which we didn't want to do as we had our baby with us and no car seat). Then she told us to buy bus tickets at the outside machine and only after lots more questions did she finally tell us they sold tickets right there at the hotel. She never gave us any info on routes and it was on our last day when we overheard a different member of staff give another guest routes that we found out the hotel had a print out of routes for guests. Most of the staff seemed very nice and helpful but seemed to have encountered one bad member. I hate to rate the hotel poorly based on one staff member but she really did make our travels much more difficult and wasted a lot of our time.
Very nice modern hotel close to all the highlights of the Eternal City. Spacious room with great bathroom and an excellent breakfast buffet!
Had a little trouble with our reservation. Cancelled 2 nights through booking .com but had to argue with hotel staff to get credit for the two nights we were not there for. Disconnect between booking.com and hotel!
The staff was so friendly
The room was small
Clean room, clean hotel. Close to tram station.
A bit too far from centre of the city.
The room was so tide, you can not even walk in it, I wonder how Hilton put their name on this hotel.
