Everything was wonderful. The proximity to the city center is excellent. The staff, rooms, and cleanliness is also great. I will stay at the Hotel de la Pace again as the statue of David is a 3 min walk, the Duomo is a 5 min walk, the rooms were spacious, and the staff extremely helpful for knowledge of the city and restaurant reservations. It was an amazing trip. Thank you

The location is good - close to the city but not in it so the tarrif was fine. Our room was enormous and cool in warm weather. The aircon and lift are lackluster. Parking is self-paid in a local underground lot. Semi-secure but about 7 min walk away. Internet is at extra cost as well.

Service was good and staff helpful. Perfect location for sites of Florence. Spacious room. Bed was pretty hard and the room was quite noisy due to having to open the window as there was no air conditioning. Lots of buses on the road outside.

Hotel staff is good and helpful poor breakfast, they boil the towels and bed sheets with vinegar (acetic smell), the electric plugs in rooms do not conform to eurostandart (you need an adapter), water temperature in the bathroom is ragulated hardly, high prices for the internet, you need to leave a deposit to take a bicycle

Staff is not friendly and helpfully. They hadn't our reservation at all when we came - forgot or lost our reservation, then for one night they have found B&B near hotel - the Real Modern B&B - that was much more better than Hotel De La Pace. Furniture is old. In rooms you even can't find number to call to lobby and ask something. Conditioner was working noisy whole night, on second night we just not inserted room-card for electricity. During rest two and half days we had no hot water and no possibility to take shower until our departure-it was horrible feeling. Breakfast and location are only good things.

Lo staff è stato molto gentile, le stanze erano dignitose, il rapporto qualità/prezzo, tutto sommato, favorevole. Non lontano da piazza S. Marco e dalla Galleria dell'Accademia è in buona posizione per muoversi e piedi. All'arrivo in bagno mancavano il sapone e il bagno schiuma. La doccia era difettosa. Lo staff della colazione era molto gentile ma, se la sala era gremita, arrancava. Le brioches confezionate del genere "merendina", rispetto a quelle discrete del primo giorno, lasciavano molto a desiderare.

Otelin konumu iyiydi. Odalar rahat , geniş ve temizdi. Çalışanların nezaketi beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Kahvaltı yetersizdi. Özellikle peynir ve çeşitleri çok zayıf, yumurta yoktu.

Localização e preço A Corina atendente do hotel era muito simpática e tentava nos atender da melhor forma! O hotel possui um quarto com pé direito muito alto e isto dificulta muito o aquecimento, o que ocorre é que para a época que fomos onde tínhamos lá fora em torno de 1grau o frio dentro do quarto era muito grande. A água não ficava quente e no primeiro dia nem conseguimos tomar banho de tanto frio. O café da manhã era simples como todos os hotéis europeus. Não recomendo para o inverno!!!!!

Niente. La camera da letto era molto fredda ed il condizionatore non funzionava. Abbiamo richiesto piu volte l'intervento di un manutentore ma non è mai arrivato. Ci è stato detto che l'attivazione dell'aria calda era di competenza del personale dell'albergo e che dalla stanza non si poteva regolare ne il getto dell'aria ne la temperatura! Mai vista una cosa del genere in un albergo !

Vriendelijk personeel. Accostiek was erg slecht. Je kon goed horen wat er in de kamer naast je gebeurde zelfs van de wekker werd je wakker. Vanaf dag 1 heeft de tv het niet gedaan, na 3 dagen was deze nog steeds niet gerepareerd. Daar kwam ook nog eens een storing van de wifi bij. Het bedrag van €8,- per 24 uur voor het internet, heb ik na vragen, terug gekregen.
