The organisation of the dining room for breakfast

Everything was wonderful. The proximity to the city center is excellent. The staff, rooms, and cleanliness is also great. I will stay at the Hotel de la Pace again as the statue of David is a 3 min walk, the Duomo is a 5 min walk, the rooms were spacious, and the staff extremely helpful for knowledge of the city and restaurant reservations. It was an amazing trip. Thank you

Service was good and staff helpful. Perfect location for sites of Florence. Spacious room.

Bed was pretty hard and the room was quite noisy due to having to open the window as there was no air conditioning. Lots of buses on the road outside.

Great value for money hotel, within reasonable walking distance of Florence city centre and serving generous breakfast in classically furnished dining room.

There were bugs in the bed, the air conditioning didn't work. The breakfast room was horrible.

Staff was excellent and the breakfast was perfect. Great price.

Staff is not friendly and helpfully. They hadn't our reservation at all when we came - forgot or lost our reservation, then for one night they have found B&B near hotel - the Real Modern B&B - that was much more better than Hotel De La Pace. Furniture is old. In rooms you even can't find number to call to lobby and ask something. Conditioner was working noisy whole night, on second night we just not inserted room-card for electricity. During rest two and half days we had no hot water and no possibility to take shower until our departure-it was horrible feeling. Breakfast and location are only good things.

Habitación poco cuidada y poco limpia, da muy mala sensación cuando entras, deberían cambiar la colcha q estaba muy sucia y pintar paredes

La atención del personal. La habitación muy amplia. La ubicación en la zona centro.

El desayuno es poco variado. La habitación del desayuno es pequeña y hay poco personal atendiendo por lo que en determinados momentos hay que esperar que se queden mesas libres y resulta agobiante para los que están desayunando.

Estaba cerca del centro.la habitacion familiar era grande.

Para conectar y desconectar el aire acondicionado habia que llamar a recepcion.

La camera era piena di zanzare, abbiamo dovuto ucciderle una ad una, il condizionatore faceva rumore, abbiamo dovuto chiedere di spegnerlo, la colazione era scarsa e povera. per il check out di due stanza c'abbiamo impiegato mezz'ora!!!! meno male che ci siamo stati solo per una notte!

decoration, cadre avec hauts plafonds florentins, confort sympa, petit dej correct, situation assez proche du centre historique, bon petit resto pas loin, disponibilite de chambres familiales tres appreciable.

le parking est un peu galere: l'hotel est situe dans la zone de traffic limite (ZTL) de Florence (ce qui veut dire assez proche des monuments, au Nord), mais seuls les residents ont le droit de se garer dans la rue, et des cameras enregistrent votre plaque d'immatriculation des que vous rentrez dans cette zone (comme à Rome). Il faut donc se garer à "Parterre", un park sous terrain un peu glauque quoique surveillé, à 10 minutes à pieds, au Nord, et hors de cette zone, pour 20 euros par jour quand meme ! - donc deconseille à ceux qui veulent souvent utiliser leur vehicule une fois sur place ...
