The room was big and comfortable. Floor in the room was dirty, our socks where black in 5 mins. Morning recepcionist not very friendly. They don't have a high chair for babys in the breakfast bar. |

Very helpful staff. Very nice bathroom facility, and large bedroom accommodations. Close to city center and key museums. Beautiful breakfast facility and good selection of food. Nice park and major boulevard two blocks in opposite direction; easy access to ATM's, if needed. Could use some walking directions from the train station. Had trouble locating the hotel at first, when we walked from the station. When leaving, found easier walking route. TV did not access an English-speaking news channel. |

Die Zimmer weisen Schimmel auf. Der Fahrstuhl musste per Brechstange geöffnet werden. Das Frühstück war nicht gut. Es gibt vergleichsweise "günstige" Hotels in zentraler Lage mit mehr Komfort. Die Angaben im Katalog sind nicht ganz korrekt. Man läuft 20 Minuten zum Zentrum...etc. |

Mon impression d'ensemble est très positive. La chambre double était très spatieuse, très bien décorée (tableau au mur, lustres originaux) et bien meublée (lit très grand, ...). La proximité du centre historique (une dizaine de minutes à pied) était appréciable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner proposait un tas de bonnes choses mais il n'y avait ni chocolat chaud, ni confiture, ni pâte à tartiner au chocolat. |

O quarto era bonito, amplo, com frigobar. O banheiro mais parecido com os padrões brasileiros (maiores). O café da manhã satisfatório(com sucos, água, pães, frios, geléias) e o ambiente agradável. Os funcionários atenciosos. Para quem está aconstumado a caminhar, o hotel é de fácil acesso a tudo. Caso prefira poupar os pés, o ônibus pára praticamente em frente ao hotel. Ressalva caso seja necessário utilizar o elevador, pois este é um tanto claustrofóbico. |

El cuarto de baño estaba bien pero de madrugada empezó a chorrear suciedad del techo que lleno la bañera, por lo cual no pudimos ducharnos esa mañana. Eran tres camas individuales y nos pusieron dos individuales y un sofa-cama incomodísimo. Desayuno muy pobre. Que no pongan que tienen aire acondicionado cuando en realidad no enfría nada. |

Het hotel is gunstig gelegen t.o.v. het centrum. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is ook goed voor een hotel nabij het centrum van Florence. Het ontbijtbuffet was beperkt. Hier hadden we graag meer keuze gehad. |
