It was clean and silent relative to its road location, and breakfast was ok Its location is on the main road which is noisy all the time by car traffic but the windows are well closed so the noise is minimized. This road location should be noted in the hotel presentation in the net. |

Very friendly staff with good food at reasonable prices. Good views from balcony rooms. Rooms have internet connections for only 5 euros per stay. Shower was great, comfy beds and good sound proofing on rooms to stop noise from road. As with many hotels on this side of the lake, it is near to a reasonably busy road. The sound proofing to the rooms is very good but we like to sleep with the windows open. The Hotel is also a reasonable walk away from the larger centres of interest - expect to walk approx 2 km to the nearest ferry stop. The hotel does run a shuttle service - just ask. |

The pool was great, proximity to beach and a short stroll to the ferry. The access to the hotel by road. A bit concerning in places, but nothing the hotel can fix. |

Very clean, well run hotel. Staff really friendly. Bed was too hard! Sometimes not possible to have a drink at the hotel after 9:30pm. |

Friendly staff... especially the receptionist... reasonable priced food, excellent location to try different retaurants... Parking could be limited... trying to get on the main road a bit hairy |

The staff were fantastic with a good sense of humour, the food was of a high quality and the facilities were first class. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation. The pool was a bit on the cold side. |

The staff were all excellent with fluent English and also extremely helpful and courteous. As we were on honeymoon, a bottle of champagne and strawberries were left in our room which was a lovely touch. The room was immaculate, the bed comfortable, and the view from our room was fabulous! The noise from the road was almost constant and became irritating after a while, although I do appreciate that many other hotels are located similarly along this road and will thus experience the same problem. There was a lack of variety from evening to evening on the a la carte menu. The reception closed at circa 11pm which meant accessing the hotel via the garage using our swipe card which was a little awkward. |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nice big bathroom but bedroom somwhat spartan. Good location if you want to go places by car. Lovely views from rooms. The hotel is on a very busy and fast road with no pavement in parts between the hotel and Tremezzo. The route there on foot is via small back roads and takes about 20 - 25 minutes. The same comments apply for going to Lenno. There is however a good small restaurant nearby for an evening meal, which can be reached safely on foot. |

Nice clean modern hotel. Lovely helpful staff and good restaurant. Rooms spacious with large bathroom and two balconies. Within walking distance of a decent number of bars and restaurants and ferry service. Nice pool area. Rooms a little basic. Busy road outside makes walking to local area a little hazardous and quite a lot of traffic noise. |

A beautiful hotel inside and out, fitting with the ambience of the region. We had a fantastic lake / moutain view from the bedroom window (with external balcony). The magical 'Villa del Balbianello' was easily accessed on foot via the 'greenway' (30 mins. to the villa or 20mins. to the boat ferry in Lenno). Staff were friendly and very helpful. We'll probably return. Located on the lake road, which made walking directly from the hotel to the 'greenway' a little risky due to the volume and speed of traffic. |

L'acceuil était vraiment trés agréable et le restaurant est trés bon et pas excessif.La chambre avec vue sur lac était très belle,calme et spacieuse.Le buffet petit déjeuner est moyen. |

private garage gratis - rustig in dit seizoen - personeel geeft uitleg en geeft graag de nodige informatie en folders voor uitstappen het ontbijt was eerder pover en de avondmenu's voor 22 euro per man waren zeer eenvoudig en niet zeer lekker bereid |

Mooie ruime hotelkamer en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk personeel. Klein zwembad, wat erg koud was (te koud voor onze peuter van 2 jaar), ook weinig ruimte rondom het zwembad, je zat bijna met je stoel in het water. Het hotel ligt aan een doorgaande weg. Dorpje met restaurants ligt op 10 minuten loopafstand.. |

Vue sur le lac mais malheureusement vitres fermées en raison du bruit infernal de la route entre l'hotel et le lac! Décoration inexistante. Meubles "cheap". Tv miniscule et obsolète. Literie de mauvaise qualité. Le bruit infernal jour et nuit de la route au bord de laquelle se trouve l'hotel. En fin de compte beaucoup trop cher au regard des prestations fournies |

Besonders hervorzuheben wäre unser sehr sauberes Zimmer mit herrlichem Ausblick auf See und Berge. Die Beschäftigten des Hotels waren alle sehr freundlich und kompetent.Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. |
