Hotellet tilfredstiller kun behovet for å ha et sted å sove en natt. Et hotell totalt uten personlighet og personalet i resepsjonen serverte ikke så mye som ett eneste smil. Det positive fra oppholdet var frokosten og personen som var ansvarlig for denne. |

Right away, the man at the front desk was helpful because we had to book an extra night and he helped us work that out! It was a very clean hotel and the bathrooms were great. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a large spread and we went to dinner our last night there and were very impressed with the wine and food. The shuttle service to the airport was great! It was expensive to get to from the airport because it was so close that the cab drivers lose money and it's almost not worth the trip for them. |

proximity to fiumicino airport Shuttle service poor. To airport, driver driving with two fingers, talking constantly on mobile phone, then dropped us at the wrong terminal despite being clearly told, in Italian, which airline. From airport, service stopped at 2115. Plus, rooms v v small. And we were not told that if we left our car there - as we were spending a second night on return from Israel - it would cost €40 a day. To their credit, they acknowledged that we had not been told and dropped the €400 parking bill with which we were to be presented. (there is a nearby airport parking and Free shuttle facility that costs €35 a week!). |

Good breakfast, Hotel Restaurant Air did not work, internet did not work, bathroom very small. Hot so window had to be left open and aircraft noise very loud. Shuttle service was more expensive than the taxi. |

Restaurant service was friendly. Horrible smell of smoke in a non-smoking room. Shower would not drain -- gross. Towels not too clean. |

5 minutes from the airport, decent restaurant, very helpful reception staff, car parking on site,good business stopover , OK place if you just want to sleep before an early flight. €6 shuttle service available to airport. restaurants and bars in walking distance Do not confuse this with a holiday hotel |

It was close to the airport Almost everything. When I entered the room, it had an odor of DDT. When I asked for another room, they showed me a less expensive room which was actually nicer than the originally booked junior suite( what a joke). They told me I would only have to pay the price of the lesser room, but when I checked out the following day, they charged me the price of the junior suite. I will never go back to this place again and I would not recommend it to anyone. |

The hotel had a nice lobby, comfortable bed, clean and roomy bathroom, internet access available, shuttle to the airport available, and included breakfast. The directions to the hotel were poorly written. It was very difficult to find. The "Junior Suite" room looked just like the regular room. |

Location and convenience to the airport. A reasonable restaurant as you are away from the airport and other options. Okay for a one night visit. Confusion with the shuttle driver because there is only one Mach Hotel not two as implied on the website. The shuttle is not free as imlplied but is a modest 6 Euros per person |

I like the hotels proximity to the airport. It was clean and tidy and the rooms where of a reasonable size. The Restaurant was not open the day we stayed. The airport shuttle only operated until 10 am. To use the Tv you had to pay for internet and movie channels as well which I had no interest in using. The lift was too small and felt dangerous to use. |
