A chief of staff controled other young staff In the breakfast and their services were perfect. As soon as we sat at a table, one of young staff took our orders of hot drinks. And every staff greeted us in English. (Because we are not westerner) Receptionists' explanation of city trip were very helpful. This hotel may be for business people but tourists from Asia like us can enjoy staying. |

This was definitely the best value for money of any hotel I've stayed in, in many years. It was exceptionally clean. The staff were fantastic. The location is excellent. The room was very comfortable. And the hotel has considerable charm. The TV/internet was ordinary (internet wasn't free). And we didn't try the exercise room, so I can't comment on that. |

The Majestic is in a very good location,felt very safe walking out in the evening. The carpets all over were very stained especially in the bedroom. |

The hotel s location was excellent and the facilities too...great value of money..the staff was really helpful.. All guests should have their identity cards or passport with them not just the person who makes the reservation or else you cant stay in this hotel.There was a problem but the staff helped us to find a solution. |

Central position, vicinity to the city centre and railway station Porta Nuova, vicinity to the airport shuttle bus. Warm spacious room, excellent bed and pillows, good breakfast, courteous personnel, warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel included in the final invoice the use of minibar, which I didn't use. My debates were fruitless and I had to pay for something that I hadn't used. |

La situacion, está muy centrico y a la vez en una zona tranquila. La habitacion esta bastante bien, aunque con moqueta en el dormitorio. El personal en general, siempre hay alguna excepcion, muy amable y simpatico. Los domingos queda una sola persona para la limpieza de habitaciones. Al volver, a las cuatro de la tarde, estaba aún sin hacer. El desayuno, algo escaso de variedad y el garaje, en la misma manzana, algo caro. |
