Rooms at the Majestic come with air conditioning and a minibar. Each has Wi-Fi access, a radio and pay-per-view TV channels. An American-style buffet breakfast is provided daily at the hotel. Perfect location for Turino centre. Double bed as requested. Staff smart and helpful. 1. Given smoking room when non-smoking requested. Told no other room available. I refused the room and another (smaller) was found straight away! 2. Told to park in underground car park marked "Hotels". On departure told to pay teller in car park as it was a private parking. E23 per night! If I had known this I would have travelled from Milan by train. 3. Pleasant bar advertised, but never open during the stay. No reason given.

The staff is Friendly. The Beds are very comfortable and we had a down blanket in our room... The breakfast is nothing special but honestly its hard to find a good american breakfast in italy. Our stay was perfect :)

The hotel is at a prime location, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room very clean. The rooms have not been refurbished since the 1970s (we stayed in two). Prospective guests should not be misled by the pictures on the hotel website.

Location is very good. Staff is pleasant. Wifi access in the room is outrageously expensive. It should be included in the price. Although not far, the garage is not in the proximity of the hotel. Travellers should first drop all luggage at the reception and then go park the car.

Location very central. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Assumed our room would have tea/coffee making facilities but this was not the case for the room we had chosen. However when we asked at reception about this, we were given the facilities.

Pleasant courteous staff. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Majestic needs to improve its finance procedures when things go wrong as they took over a month to refund their error on my bill. I was grateful for Bookings support. It would be helpful to have a small clothes iron in the room.

The hotel was very central and within walking distance of the Porta Nueva bus stsion - which you come into if you get the blue Sadem bus from the airport. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Although the decor was somewhat dated it was all very clean and our stay was very comfortable. One slight problem was that the room was too warm and we couldn't work out how to turn the temperature down - the thermostat didn't seem to control it.
