- perfect location: close to the city centre, tourist attractions, shops and railstation, easy to reach the hotel by train, bus and from Torino airport. - spacious and nice lobby, - clean rooms - not very friendly staff at the reception, - expensive Internet access - very basic breakfast - out-of-date room facilities - no deposite box in the room |

Very good location and great rooms. Staff were helpful. Restaurant was not open in the evenings, but I did travel at Christmas time. However I still expected the same services in a hotel at any time of the year. This was made worse by few other restaurants being open at the time, so having access to the hotel's restaurant would have been handy. |

Close to train station, nice clean hotel with spacious rooms/bathroom and good TV entertainment. Breakfast was lovely. Had a reasonable gym. Friendliness of some front desk staff was average. Diappointed that the hotel restaurant was closed for dinner. |

all reception staff were most helpful and my room was one of the best I've stayed in! The bed was fantastic, with a quilt like extra cover on the matress which was very comfortable - so much so, I'm trying to locate one on the internet to buy! |

The service at the desk is great, but the breakfast is standard and is not at the same high level as the rest of the hotel. Even there was little bread available and no choice. The pie was already gone an hour and a half before the end time of the breakfast.So this is a disonsnant. The breakfast was standard and two stars level. |

A chief of staff controled other young staff In the breakfast and their services were perfect. As soon as we sat at a table, one of young staff took our orders of hot drinks. And every staff greeted us in English. (Because we are not westerner) Receptionists' explanation of city trip were very helpful. This hotel may be for business people but tourists from Asia like us can enjoy staying. |

This was definitely the best value for money of any hotel I've stayed in, in many years. It was exceptionally clean. The staff were fantastic. The location is excellent. The room was very comfortable. And the hotel has considerable charm. The TV/internet was ordinary (internet wasn't free). And we didn't try the exercise room, so I can't comment on that. |

The hotel s location was excellent and the facilities too...great value of money..the staff was really helpful.. All guests should have their identity cards or passport with them not just the person who makes the reservation or else you cant stay in this hotel.There was a problem but the staff helped us to find a solution. |
