Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina  

Location is perfect you just walk 2 mins to hotel from termini station the open bus tours are right in front of the hotel plus you can walk from hotel to nearby streets to have lunch or dinner. Breakfast is good too there are many kinds of food which you can eat from hams and eggs to pineapples and kiwis. Rooms are also clean bathroom is nice. Our room has cleaned every day during our stay. We had no problems with air conditioner. In total it was quite appropriate for a 5 day stay in Rome.

We chose it for the location, directly next to Roma Termini. The price was high but it was convenient, right outside is the pickup for the cia airport bus and a pickup for the city sightseeing tour bus. The staff could have been friendlier but o well. Breakfast was good.

In a very good position near Termini. The room decor and lighting was interesting if sometimes confusing. The breakfast (sef service buffet) was adequate.

The service at the reception desk was not particularly helpful, charming or attentive.

The hotel is really nice especially inside the rooms. My children just love the lights changing in the room. Some staff are nice but some are not. Our flight is late night and we were able to leave our luggage there until we left the city.

I booked for a triple room because my 2 younger kids should stay free if using existing bedding. But they told us we should book 2 rooms since we are 5. It cost us a lot. I still recommend the hotel since the location is really good and the hotel is really nice.

Except for its price, I like it in every way. Great location, spacious room, heavenly mattress, great great breakfast, everything you can ask for a hotel.

Modern design of the rooms, free Wi-Fi, just few steps from Roma Termini station, good breakfast. Good value for money!

Rooms are quite small (but it's very often in Roma)...

Its central location was perfect for arriving and departing from both the Rome airports, the coaches terminated right outside the Hotel, also the City Hop on and off bus started from right outside therefore it was like having a taxi to all the must see sights. When we return to Rome we will definitely use this Hotel again and we will be recommending it all our friends

We did eat one evening meal in the Hotel but thought that the Menu was a little sparse and there was not a great deal of choice but it was excellent value and well cooked.

Excellent location, friendly staff, good value for money. Despite the modern design, some facilities like bath ans shower are not really comfortable to use... But that's the only drawback though.

The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and the bus to the airport stops right out the front of the hotel. It was a perfect hotel for my one-night stay in Rome.

The dinner menu could be improved and the quality of the food. No major problems with this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms are fabulous-- big, modern and I loves the different color lights! The breakfast was plentiful and there is a terrific espresso bar two blocks down. The train, metro and bus station makes Roma super convenient!
