The breakfast selection should change everyday especially the hot food section, which is only scramble egg and sausages. I've been staying for 4 nites, can you imagine every morning i eat the same thing. Lastly the hotel room should provide kettle.

Location next to Termini Train station

Surrounding area away from main Tourist sites

The breakfast is very good and the room was very comfortable. The staff is very helpful, a differential in Rome, speaking different languages and proactive to help guests.

Very close to Termini Station, good buffet breakfast (sweet and savoury selection), very clean and good staff. Will definitely return on my next trip to Rome.

The location was great.

The breakfast was a disappointment to say the least. The sink in the bathroom is not designed with functionality in mind and the shower door set up causes water to go all over the bathroom.

- Breakfast: Orange juice and coffee quality would be better. - Breakfast: There could be more cheese varieties like Mozzarella :-) - Bad smell in bathroom shower coming from the drain

The locatin is excellent.

Close the Stazione Termini in Rome. Also convenient to the Metro. Comfortable room with necessary amenities, like air conditioning. Very good breakfast.

the room we had had glass doors, into the bathroom and bedroom, I was afraid of walking into them during the night so I had to leave them open. Also, the outside of the hotel has flashing lights that I could see through the blackout blinds in my room. When we checked in our room wasnt ready (we hadnt requested an early check in) but when we went back later after the normal check in time our room still wasnt ready but we eventually got sorted

Very short walk to Roma Termini which made getting on Metro easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and free wifi was reliable.

The location couldn´t be any better, just few meters from Termini train station, city sightseeing bus´ first stop is just crossing the street. The room was nice, very comfortable and clean. l

Hotel was centrally located for railway, hop on hop off buses and bus to airport. Rooms were modern and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The only downside was the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom.

It's location is near to stazion termini (central station) and it mean you arrive everywhere in minutes.

It's environment is not good and it's because of central station!!! always in front of hotel door you found homeless and dirty people.depend on my opinion after this trip it's better to choose your hotel in via veneto.

Location! A few meters away from Termini station. The staff especially the Filipino concierge are really efficient. The breakfast was a lot and really good. The rooms were very interesting as you can change the mood lights from red to blue to green. Clean bathrooms with basic toiletries. Comfortable bed and a personal safe inside the room. Rome is quite known for its pickpockets and even lack of security even in your own hotel but Royal Santina really felt secure and safe.

When we checked in and got inside the room, there was a used glass on the desk. But good thing the Filipino concierge was quick to change our rooms to a better and bigger one. So no complaints at all!

Location was good. Breakfast also good.

Reception guy at night shift not friendly, stared at me as a guess in weird way.
