Location of the hotel is well in the centre and close to the central station Termini. Shower AND bath in our room. Minibar was not too expensive and well filled.
Kids facities were only 4 little chairs and a table in the lobby. We expected more.
I asked for Double bed and we had 2 Single !!! Not nice
Great location near termini train station. Walking distance to many halal food.
Bad sound proof
Good location close to termini, easy to find, ok breakfast
Not very clean, dritt cotton buds in the bathroom When we came. For the first time in my life I sendt back food, and the new was just as badly cooked as the first... Dont order meat at this hotel!
We like the accessibilty.. We really appreciated the kindness of breakfast staff name " VALENTINA"..She's the only one we can mention for our 12 days staying in the Hotel Royal Santina.
The breakfast staffs are racist, they don't even smile at you for our 12days in the hotel.Their face always frown if you requested to them a coffee or something.
The efficiency /customer service of the staff. When we checked in, we appreciated the effort to get the room ready by 12.00 instead of 2.00. Also we felt our queries were attended promptly. The barmen very charming
on the first day, we got shocked by the state of the toilet on the ground floor It was messy and not clean. At breakfast time, the buffet is quite restricted for vegetarians Too many sweet dishes
The hotel was less than 5 minutes away from Termini station and metro station so the transport links were fantastic. Comfortable and clean room with a great shower.
There were 2 occasions when I wanted to speak to a member of staff and I went to the front desk. As there was someone in front of me I stood a few yards back to give them some privacy. After they had left, the person on reception turned around, walked away and sat down (even though they had seen me). I was clearly waiting and found this incredibly annoying and rude. This happened to me twice during the course of a 4 day stay.
The bed was fantastic, good wifi, great bathroom for Europe. Breakfast was good but not great, not enough variety
Ambience was good. Staff very helping. Location of hotel is very nice. All places are easily accessible
Best place to stay for a short trip due to its location very close to Termini.
Orange juice from breakfast
Rooms were clean, great location next to the train station and shuttle buses, staff were very helpful, breakfast had lots of choices.
Could do with a bit more storage for clothes, and a plug socket next to the mirror
cant think of any
Excellent hotel in the middle of Rome. Very close to Termini and various models of transport around the city. It was a great base to use for exploring!
Close with Bus station, Subway, Airport Express.
Everything was great , I will visit the place again .
Helpful staff. Very good breakfast menu. Close to Termini. Good decor and linen.
Location was great as it is in the street next to Roma Termini (the central railway station) and I had to catch an early train to the airport. Room was nice although not much space to move around in. Buffet breakfast available from 6.30am although earlier if needed.
When I arrived they told me that I was booked into one of their sister hotels even though I had booked here. I told them no I was not moving as I had to be on an early train to the airport. I stood my ground and did not have to move.
Central location. Attentive staff. Reasonably priced enjoyable food. Very comfortable and spacious rooms.
Very noisy restaurant when there are large groups. Couldn't dine one evening because restaurant full with groups. Wifi drops in and out at regular intervals not very strong signal.
Great hotel for location, cleanliness & value for money. Staff very friendly & helpful. We had a suite which was fantastic, well worth the extra cost when staying a few nights.
A member of staff informed us the Colosseum was closed as it was a public holiday, we had pre booked tickets and we thought we would go & see anyway. It wasn't closed at all! Staff need to be better informed if giving advice to its guests.
The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within 2K of most of the well known landmarks, and is across the street from the Termini (train station)
It would have been nice to have a chest of drawers and a closet to put clothing in. The bathroom had hand towels and bath towels, but no wash clothes - apparently not used in Europe.
The American coffee made by the machine at beakfast. But please note: Excellent expresso can be ordered at no charge by asking breafast staff! So problem solved!!!
Location was good near buses, metro etc. Breakfast was quite good by Italian standards. Reception were very helpful,
The lighting in our room was very trendy and ultra modern with all sorts of colour schemes available, however it was all in the wrong place, eg there were lights underneath the window?! however none in the ceiling or over the desk. And forget putting on makeup or styling your hair in the bathroom as the lighting there was all behind you, not near the mirror. Who needs the fridge door and inside the wardrobes to light up with pretty colours and have lights under the window(the only natural light source) when you can't see inside your suitcase or see to dress yourself. Whoever designed it obviously never spent a night there. Also our shower flooded everywhere as it leaked out the sides. The drain was not working properly. cover over drain was taken off and just left loose in the shower, which stopped the flooding but wasn't how it should have looked.
-Rude staffs -non sense of hospitality -not taking care about the guest requirement at all -this is the sample of hotel staff e-mail after I did not get the early check-in, even I requested since the booking day 'EARLY CHECK IN IS ONLY A REQUEST, IT IS NEVER GUARANTEED. TO BE SURE TO GET A ROOM SO EARLY YOU SHOULD BOOK AND PAY FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE' -I know that request is just a request, but the staffs with service -mind should notify guest before his/her arrival. IF they care their guest enough
