Nice room , nice staff,good location

Just good but with noise from the street.

Too expensive the restaurant and the owner of the hotel especially separation good behavior

Good parking, spacious bathroom, elegant restaurant.

Narrow staircase, no elevator. Poor breakfast compared to other 3 star hotels.

They have an excellent restaurant. The staff was accommodating and very helpful.

The hotel was comfortable enough for a short stay. It is located right at a busy road and traffic noise is very loud and constant. The hotel would benefit from any kind of lounge area, so guests are not confined to their rooms when on the premises.

Raucherzimmer erhalten, obwohl ein Nichtraucher gebucht wurde (das Zimmer roch schrecklich nach Rauch). Obwohl wir eine Kaffeemaschine bestellten, bekamen wir beim Mann nur 1 Kaffee, bei der Frau erhielten wir das letzte Mal mehrere Kapseln. Andere Hotels in der Umgebung gehen auf Kundenwünsche ein. Wir kommen nur zum übernachten und gehen dann zum Fischen.

Quando viaggio con la mia donna non facciamo caso se nella struttura prescelta c'è il collegamento wi fi oppure se si vede sky e non andiamo manco con la lente d'ingrandimento a cercare difettucci nell'arredamento. La prima cosa che guardiamo è il comfort del letto perchè ovunque noi andiamo dobbiamo trovarci nelle condizioni di poter fare l'amore in un letto comodo che non cigola e se poi ti ritrovi davanti una spettacolare aurora sul lago mentre ami la tua donna, cosa puoi chiedere di più. Ecco perchè ricorderemo il Serenella.

Atendimento, conforto, instalações novas, preço bom, localização adequada para lago maggiore e isola bela.

Dass unterhalb unseres Zimmer nachts, wahrscheinlich Restaurantgäste Lärm gemacht haben.

Dans salle d'eau manque une bonnette de douche pour les femme

Très bon accueil :malgré une arrivée tardive(21h30) nous avons pu encore dîner . Chambres modernes et fonctionnelles .

Un seul reproche : la proximité d'une route à forte circulation vous oblige à dormir les fenêtres fermées ; il faut choisir entre bruit et climatisation !

liegt an einer sehr lauten Straße - irrsinniger Verkehr - schlafen kaum möglich; unfreundlicher Empfang - keiner sagt Guten Morgen etc.; die Zimmer sind nichts besonderes - die Möbel sind in einem eher schlechten Zustand - es stand ein Stuhl im Zimmer den ich mir nicht mal in die Garage stellen würde; Frühstück bestand tage lang nur aus gekochtem Schinken und Scheibenkäse - langweilig! im Land der Salame und Prosciuto unmöglich! kann nur empfehlen von diesem Hotel Abstand zu nehmen!!!
