Hotel Turner  

Grand old fashioned decor makes one feel like might be taking a holiday with a great aunt before continuing on to your Swiss finishing school. Charming but not lavish. Best breakfast I've had in Europe :) Front desk staff recommended a great local family-run restaurant, helped to change a flight reservation and were generally very helpful.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming upon arrival. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We enjoyed a drink in the hotel bar and the bartender was very polite and helpful in advising sights to see for the evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel to couples and families due to the friendly atmosphere, comfort and location.

Its on the major town bus route though we walked to all the major sights easily, some would say the hotel is dated, we believe it has great charm, the staff were all fantastic and helpful, wireless internet worked in the rooms!! Breakfast was superb all in all great value for money for a major city hotel. From the Airport take the shuttle bus from bus park to Termini Station (€8.00) then the no 90 bus stops 50mtrs from hotel.

Bathrooms are dated and a little small, though for the price and location this really is a minor negative.

Good position,many busses for center(no 60, 5 stops) or termini(no 90 ,2 stops) right in front of the hotel,very clean hotel ,clean room and bathroom(i stay at the fifth floor, room no 510 with view at the back of the hotel with no noice from the street),nice and various breakfast except cofee which was making from a mashine cofee maker and not from the bar and that the croissants was cold and not warm up porta pia is a very good area of rome near the center of the city ,very clean area with many bar ,pizzas and restaurant nearby the hotel,not like the termini area that I stay in a 3 star hotel in october 2011,full of pimps and hookers,dirty and noisy fast check in and check out ,in general a very good choise especially if you get a good price from booking offers deffinitly I recommend this hotel and if I find a good offer from booking.com at my next visit ,I will stay there again because it fullfils my standards for a hotel in rome near center while other 3 hotels that I staid in rome was not I hope we will meet again soon hotel turner grazie per tutto alla prossima

Only the small room and the smaller bathroom,but I think that this is not problem for a young couple who want the most time to see the sights of rome and use the room only for sleep and bath

I like nothing for service and facilities in the hotel.

Bad service not worthy no heating no hot water no phone machine in the room so to contact with the front desk managers and staffs are not honest. Fucking hotel.

Good breakfast and the breakfast room was nice. The personel was very helpful

Very small rooms the windows of 3 rooms we have,didn't have nothing outside.

Veramente una piacevole sorpresa. L'Hotel è davvero carino ma quello che mi ha realmente sorpreso è la cortesia e la preparazione dello Staff.

Posizione ottimale per visita della città e per raggiungere stazione e aeroporto. Ottima la pulizia delle camere e lo staff molto gentile e accogliente. Se dovessi tornare a Roma ritornerei volentieri all'hotel Turner.

bel etablissement, tout a fait esprit romain et assez bien situé et très confortable.

bien que belle, la chambre n'avait pas de vue et même les deux grandes fenetres ne permettaient pas a la lumière d'entrer,: eclairage électrique a partir de 17 heures , sensation de refoulement au fond de l hotel.
