It is really close to the city center All the staff should improve their english (maybe except that nice blond ladie at the reception). My room was really stinky and dirty. I wouldn't go there again. |

I came at night and left the next morning, so I only got to experience sleeping at the hotel. But the staff was very friendly and helped me find my way when I left. |

good value hotel for city centre location good food but portions were far too much for 1 person only criticism was the breakfast was dis-organised as only one person to serve up to 30 people so it took 35 mins to serve you by the time you had sat down! apart from that it was a pleasant stay right in the centre of city! |

The staff was excellent - ready to fulfill any wish of the guest. Also of importance is hotel's very central location - between Il Castello and the port. Very quiet area and still there are only few steps to Piazza Matteotti. Visit the restaurant "Eno" just a few yards away from the hotel - and you will wish to come back every evening. |

Hotel is well positioned clean and a reasonable standard for this city.For the two night break we had it was good value for money. Breakfast is a bit like faulty towers with one lady serving who has no English and we had no Italian. |

Hotel staff was nice and even though they couldn´t speak english we managed to communicate with hand signals. The location is very close to the bus station, this means you wont have to spend 20 euros on a taxi from the airport. It was a little pricey for me. |

Owner and staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel well locatated in friendly small town. Good public transport. Breakfasts were appalling. Prepackaged toast and meat pastes,croisants filled with jam etc.At the end of our stay I blew my top and was able to obtain bread, cheese and ham. I have never experienced such poor breakfasts and I have travelled all over Europe in low cost hotels. |

Friendly staff, great location, great lobby space No choice of breakfast, was given a room in attic a/c not working. Next day got moved to another room which is spacious but shower door broken and a bit dirty |

Proximity to Bus, Coach & Rail Stations. Ferries also close but did not use any. Only 10 minutes from the Airport, Good at 2 Euros per person each way. The bath, although fitted with jacuzzi, this did not work and when filled the water was very dirty yellow, including filthy floating bits which probably came out of the spa holes. Very old small portable size TV in room outdated, would expect flat screen 24" or similar. Mini-Bar fridge very noisey, needed to unplug this for a quite nights sleep. |

Easy location and nice staff Generally the room requires over refurbishment. ie new shower, drawer and wardrobe handles missing,fridge not working leaking. Would help if we had plates and glassess and not plastic for so called breakfast. These items spoil what is good about the hotel and staff. |

The location was central, and a good map was provided for sightseeing. Parking was available for a fee. The breakfast room was comfortable, and the staff was helpful. There was a lot of hammering going on on Saturday morning. Breakfast was scant--basic Continental--a roll,hot drink, and juice. |

This Hotel is in the middle of the town, which is great. The service was very friendly. The first room we got has been very dark and smelled very much like a smoking room. We changed the room. The secound room had more light and was smelling o.k.. The bed has been very very soft. The corners of the room have not been cleaned. Espacially in the bathroom. The bathroom had no shower - just a bathtub. The breakfast was a joke. Served on in plastic cubs and plate. |

The staff was wonderful. They were very helpful with giving advice on restaurants and local area. My friends room was located on the street side. She had difficulty sleeping and ended up moving rooms. |

Non hanno messo a disposizione la camera prenotata (suite), ma una normale e senza dir nulla. Solo dopo le nostre proteste hanno accampato scuse per la camera prenotata e precisato che comunque avremmo pagato un prezzo adeguato alla nuova camera. |

ubicación Parece un hostal más que un hotel centrico de una capital.El aparcamiento es totalmente inaceptable, con un box para 4 coches, tuvimos que aparcar en la calle, con la consiguiente multa que tuvimos que pagar. |

położenie w ścisłym centrum Cagliari, blisko do wszystkich usług i atrakcji, jakie ma do zaoferowania to miasto. Zarezerwowaliśmy apartament w tym hotelu, a dostaliśmy normalny pokój 2 os., dopiero po interwencji u obsługi zamieniono go na ten pokój, który zarezerwowaliśmy; poza tym nie podobała nam się klatka schodowa, o wyglądzie jakiegoś bocznego wyjścia, czy też drogi ewakuacyjnej oraz dziwny zapach roznoszący się w całym hotelu. Poza tymi niewielkimi minusami hotel był ok |

Basically ok, great location. The walls were really thin, you could everything through. Towels were of cheap quality and one day there were small ants in my room. The reception staff should have a better knowledge on the city and the possible activities. |
