Hotel staff was very helpful and even recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner the first night. Hotel was within easy walk of most of Florence's major sights. |

The location was great - close to train station and on a neat street. Staff was very competent/friendly. Internet is available. Good air conditioning. Quaint building. Lots of stairs if you have heavy luggage. Shower didn't work, just water in tub. Dark inside room. Twin beds very small, would prefer a split king for a couple's double room. |

located in the old town neibourhood, walking distence from the train station. the staff is quite friendly the hotel located on 2nd floor (no lift), which not convenient for those guests with big suitcase |

The location could not be better for travellers looking for an affordable, quiet, well-situated hotel that offers rooms with access to some private space in the midst of Central Florence, Helpful, cheerful staff. Surprising quiet in the midst of a bustling city. |

We arrived tired and sweaty from walking with our baggage from the train station. The young man at the desk was very welcoming, and immediately went to bring us glasses of juice. Very thoughtful! The room was too warm---couldn't get the A/C to work. The bed was too firm---couldn't get a good night's sleep. |

Staffs and the Ms were very very kind, the hotel is very very near at all interested point, Duomo, Sant Lorent church, Old palace, etc..very near at the Stations. The room was cleaned. The breakfast was good and very plentiful... We suggest at all people becouse this hotel is as a family |

the location and the friendliness of the staff no 24-hour concierge service to help you with your luggage. Depending on your arrival/departure time, no one may be available to help you up the two flight of stairs if you are carrying heavy luggage (which was our case) |
