Comfortable room and great breakfast. Electronic keys were a real bother--didn't work half the time and had to be swiped 20-50 times when it did. |

The hotel is near fontana de trvi, the spanish steps ... the breakfast was good The first room had a lot of dust and the smell was bad. We asked to change room and there was no problem. The second room was much better but the bathroom wasnt so good the hot an the cold water had a problem with mixing |

The hotel is close to the main city attractions. Receptionists and all the staff are very impolite and rude and the room are not so clean! The only reason to choose this hotel is its central position. |

Theroom was very comfortable , the location -just wonderful. This is for the third time in recent years that we prefered to stay in this hotel while visiting Rome The price for our stay of 3 nights ,in a superiour room - 810 euro, seems quite high for a 3 stars hotel. |

Fantastic location - around the corner from the Trevi fountain. Easy walk to most sites and a few paces from a hop on/hop off bus stop. We were in the deluxe section and the room and facilities seemed brand new. Very small room (I expect that in Rome). Very hard bed. |

Location was superb and the breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Must say also that the staff were helpful at all times. Bedroom was a bit dark but I suppose that it is because the hotel is situated in a narrow street. Bed a little hard. Had a bar in the room but there was no price list supplied. |

Great location round the corner from the Trevi fountain and not as noisy as I thought it would be. Staff were polite but not overly helpful. It was classified as 3-4 star but would say it felt more like a 2 star hotel. |

Excellent breakfast, v helpful front desk, great bathroom. Trevi fountain 2 mins away. Good value for money. Minor irritation was that the bathroom door squeaked badly. |

Location is very good especially for walking around at night. Our twin room was relatively big, had 2 single beds and 2 fold out couches. Personnel was not friendly or very helpful and answered questions very abrubtly. We didn't feel at ease asking questions about directions etc. The matresses and some of the pillows were very hard and quite uncomfortable. The safe in the room was locked on our arrival and even after requsting it to be opened, never was during our stay. |

The breakfast included was very good and had a wide selection of items to chooe from. The room I was given was not part of the hotel, but an acquired adjacent property! They should notify guests ahead of time should they wish to put people in that room. |

It has a fabulous location near Trevi Fountain. We felt safe even when returning late at night. We requested several wake-up calls and they were reliable and on time. The breakfast is quite good. Staff was efficient but not especially friendly. Our room was adaquate and clean but very basic. There is a renovated section and older section...rooms vary between the two. |

The receptionist always gave us great recommendations for dining. We took the option to upgrade to a delux room which was well worthwhile. Rooms are small. |
