Rooms small and humidity in walls, TV not working, shower booth too small and water pressure very low(difficult to make shower)
location convenience value for money
Breakfast was very limited At times the staff were cold and unfriendly Some of the room appliances were not working.
hotel is difficult to find cause the google map show different location, I had walked with big luggage for 1.5hours to find the hotel and no wifi connection in the room
Hotel was walking distance to the Colosuem and Forum. Taking the Metro from Roma Termini on the B line to the Cavour stop leaves you a short walk to the hotel. Room was clean and the staff helpful. Good valve and good location.
The lobby was on the second floor. The elevator holds one at a time. The rooms are small and not well maintained. The TV didn't work, the toilet leaked and the toilet lid was loose. Breakfast was provided but it was on the 6th floor, only cereal and rolls.
Close to metro
Dirty. Bad state of repair. Shower broken. Room dirty. Breakfast poor. Staff not helpful. Wifi not working except at reception area. Very expensive for such a bad hotel
The breakfast is really poor
About Hotel, staff was so nice, friendly and professional.
Expensive for comfort you get but Rome is a really expensive city.
Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Location was great.
close to train station and sites
Internet was not working from my room very basic break fast ,they don't even serve fresh bread
Very close to many of the best sights. Tripple glazing made room very quiet
Breakfast very basic and shower needed modernising.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Its 15 mins walk from the main train station. 5 mins to Foro Romano.
Fungus on the wall. Dirty walls. It was the cheapest hotel we've found 2 months before our trip but still way too expensive for the conditions they offer. Wont be back there again!
The staff are really nice and helpful. Speak English fairly well. For the location and price, it is really good choice. Room 301 is good if you are late sleep person, not too late, 12am.
It is near by the blue line subway, most sites are near by redline though, so u need transfer. The station near hotel do not have elevator, so if you have large heavy luggag, consider taxi
Friendly service.Good English. Very good location for sight seeing. Lots of food outlets in the area(restaurant/ ice cream).
Dusty room, wires sticking out of the wall socket, very thin walls and doors so you can hear everything happening in the hallway and rooms next door. Plus a communal phone in the hallway beeping every half hour during the night! Having to drop off the room key every time you go out of the building and collecting it when u come back. Not very good security,( just had to give ur room number at reception and anyone could pick up your key!) Old lift with hardly enough room inside for 2 average sized people. Lift only went to 5th floor when our room was on the 6th. Bad wifi signal. Shutters on the balcony were broken. Fridge and Tv in the room but only 1 plug between the 2 of them.
Couldn't have been much better located for the sights (5 mins walk to the Colosseum) and range of restaurants. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.
The shower head was split and leaking and for the sake of spending 10 euros on a replacement, they gave me a reason to find something negative. The bathroom was a little cramped but ok
Room is very small with poor breakfast
The size of the room was extremely small. Literally wide enough for the bed only, the mold on the walls and ceilings were dirty and covered with the black mold.
- only a few minutes away from the colloseum
- dirty rooms - broken bath
Staff were very friendly. Good location. Room was clean but small. Requested a quiet room and we got one.
Breakfast was very basic - cereal and crossiants. Pillows very hard and towels were like curtains/sheets.
Very good location and the stuff very helpful and nice.
If you sleep facing Via Cavour, the noise of the traffic can be a bit annoying
The Location, that is close to the Coliseum and Piazza Venezia.
The room was full of hair from the previous guests, the toilet not clean and some of the staff very rude, very low communication skills e the breakfast more than poor. Some staff very unprofessional and not friendly at all.
It is located in the center of the city
It was not clean in terms of bathroom
Clean and close to the center. 5 minutes walk from the colosseum. Located right next to an irish pub. Staff were nice.
Small room - enen for a 2 star hotel the room that I got for 2 people was extremely small. Even compared to other 2 star hotel in rome - totally not like the pictures presented. the bathroom was TINY to say the least. The bed totally uncomfterble and was causing lack of sleep during the 4 nights we were there.
location super, room big and clean with good service, nice balcone
