The staff were friendly and helpful which really made our stay the experience it was. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The hotel is a little tired but comfortable and clean. |

nice quite relaxing hotel ...no hassle....very near sorrento....bus service ...on the sea ....akin to being on a cruise ship......also the free gratis wine was a nice touch on arrival........................rosa was excellent in making up our romm every day ...thank you The breakfast could have been better........watere for tea was lukewarm and milk was sour (some mornings)........they should provide kettle in room to make coffee or tea |

Awesome view!! Hotel was a little hard to find - a fair walk from the train station and no direct nearby buses. Would be hard if you had alot of luggage. |

the staff were very very friendly and happy to help, the breakfast was lovely, the room was great, very clean and a beautiful view. the little bay that the hotel is in is quite quiet with about 4/5 restuarants, but these restuarants are amazing, its nicer because its quieter with a little sand beach, they are building more places to sunbath :-) the decking area is lovely at the hotel overlooking... we liked everything we were travelling through italy and found this the best hotel we stayed at :-) |

The location on the water. The breakfast. Watered down juice. Coffee like bitumen. Stale bread.The hotel seems to be only interested in package groups. The decor and facilities are very dated. The noise early in the morning when the groups were leaving was very annoying. Do they have to slam doors, talk loudly to each other and then rearrange the furniture by dragging chairs, beds acroos the tiled floors at 5:00 - 6:00 am ? |

Beautiful view, lovely room with balcony. Awoke to the sound of waves lapping against the beach. Hair dryer was poor, not powerful enough. Walk into town is uphill due to the topography but there are great views along the way. |

The sea view There were absolutley no signs directing us to the hotel in Sorrento. Hotel was very hard to find and access with car. Also, window in bath room was completely rotted. The frame was made out of wood and half of it was completely rotted!!!! Mould on the shower curtain as well!!!!! After a difficult drive in the heat, it was terrible to be faced with this sort of shower!!! |

restaurant staff excellent, as were the cleaners, rooms cleaned every day and the location was good. daytime reception staff were unhelpful and miserable and the bar closed too early. rooms need soundproofing as got woken up throughout the night with doors banging, shouting & stilleto heels on floor. |

Lovely room and bathroom. The hotel has one of the best views over the bay of Naples and an excellent location, very quiet and in the lovely marina of Sorrento. Breakfast was much better than just your usual continental breakfast most hotels serve. The outside pool area should have sun beds, they have deck chairs which are not ideal for sunbathing in and slightly uncomfortable, this area could look nicer too.At night by the bar on the deck, there ar bright cold lights should be soft lights so you can see the bay. The lounge and bar area are in the entrance by reception which makes the room cold and big. The reception should be partitioned of |

The location is ideal as it is away from the crowds and right on the water. The rooms are not soundproof. If you are a light sleeper, you wake up everytime someone closes their door or moves a chair in their room (simple felt pieces on the chair legs would help the noise). The reception staff did not inform us that breakfast was included with the room but were helpful when asked to assist with a reservation. |

Location, nice hote Front desk staff (female, less than helpful, rather arrogant and rude. However other staff members made up for her rudeness as they were fine. Walls must bne papers thin. You could hear peoples conversation in rooms next to ours. |

Complimentary champaigne was really nice. The view was fabulous. Loved the great restaurants on the sea. Getting ripped off by the cab from the train station to the hotel. Some people may not like hiking out of the area to town. |

Het hotel is goed gelegen, vlak aan een rotsenkust, het uitzicht is schitterend! Er was geen parking aan het hotel, de bagage moet een heel eind te voet worden gedragen. De terassen van zijn slecht gescheiden door een draad, dus niks privacy. |

Отель очень хорошего уровня - не удивилась бы если он был 4 звезды, большие комнаты, кроме завтраков организованы еще и обеды и ужины - при желании можно за небольшую фиксированную плату вкусно покушать. |
