Lienens and towels could be newer. One of the shared toilets hadn't cleaned the whole day.
Near Santa Lucia station (no need to croos any bridge). Easy to find. Nice personal.
good place for good money. near the train station, nice staff. great place for a couple of nights
The location was good - close to the station but not too noisy. Reasonably clean. Good value for money for Venice.
The staff were unfriendly, a/c didn't work (it was November, but warm enough to want it, but apparently it is unavailable outside of summer). Shouldn't be used by disabled travellers as no lift and no ground floor rooms.
location is convenient for both train travel and major sightseeing. The hotel itself is situated on a very busy Venice street but the rooms were very quiet. Staff were all friendly and courteous.
It had very steep stairs just to go to reception. Very inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. At least we were given a room same as the reception floor.
The location is great. The room is cozy with a clean bathroom. There are also free towels, shampoo and soups.
Extra charge for breakfast.
The location was pretty convenient. The Hotel gave free soap and shampoo as well, which was nice.
There was a steep flight of steps up to the reception which may be a hinder to those with bulky luggages. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the room is not really soundproof at all.
The comfortable location: very close to railway (3 min) as welll as just on the main street takes you about half an hour to reach the St Marco and about 15 min to Rialto along the good way full of shops and restaurants. The price was very adequate as Venice is extremely expencive town.
We haven't waited for hot water in the morning and had to be washed ourselves with the cold one
Location was good - near the train and bus stations. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were shared so it was good to have a sink in our room. Beds were comfortable.
Staff was friendly but we were in a separate building so only saw staff on check-in and check-out. Bathrooms were relatively clean looking but had mold on the walls. Rooms were very small and outdated, but that is common in Venice. Loud at night. Value not great compared to other places, but typical for Venice.
Brilliant location, easy to find. Very nicely decorated. Staff extremely friendly and helpful
Had a small issue over room being cold as heating not provided until first week of November. Following our reporting and our departure, heating was switched on for remaining guests. Hotel gets little natural sunlight, although the interior is bright and cheery.
Very nice people
Friendly staff Additional building is bad but OK! Don't be afraid while entering the building.Probably u can not find cheap hostel or hotel like this in Venezia
Lady at the reception was great, wifi was excellent, location is very good
Location is good, very close to main bus station and busy street. Lady at the reception was very kind and friendly. Very basic so its alright.
Too noisy ( located on the busy street so obvious), mosquitoes and the bed sheets were kind of moist.
It is close to the train station.
You have to climb the stairs to reach your room with your luggage. Rooms are separated by wooden walls, so you have to be quiet all the time so as not to disturb the other guests.
Close to the train station. Price is good comparing with other hotels on the island of Venice.
Very good service
Location Clean room which had plenty of space for 3 of us
We were in the room at the front and it was extremely noisy during the night. Breakfast was very basic One of the staff members was very abrupt and not all that friendly
The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from Venice train station. The hotel is cozy and the welcome desk really welcoming. The lady gave us all information about travelling within Venice. If I visit Venice again, I will stay here only
This hotel is conveniently located on the same side as the train station. This means no crossing water, bridges with luggage. However the staff were lovely!!! no need to cross bridges or use water taxi if coming from train station, huge benefit.
The room was on a lean (as with most in Venice), very uncomfortable bed. The shared bathroom's had no hot water and the showers were not good. There is NO lift, this hotel has two buildings. One to reception, then further stairs inside or in other building. They are steep and many, not safe when moving large luggage.
the locatin is very good, nearby the terminal station, just 3 minutes by warlking and the stuff is good, the room is nice and piece,
the location, is very close to the central stations.
lots of mosquito and the machine of mosquito is not in the room. you need to find it in the reception when you check in. we came back later and found nobody in the reception.
Good location - close to the main Venice train station
Cold reception from the Staff
Location is perfect. Staff was very kind and helpful. The bathroom was clean.
The room was not very clean. The bed was in a bad condition. The wi-fi was very weak.
Location was great. Nice friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed.
This is really a hostel as the rooms are very basic. Very small bathroom, the shower pressure was poor but the hot water was good. No fridge and no air conditioning. Leaving the doors to the balcony open was very noisy as our room faced the very busy main street. Long stairway to carry luggage up.
