Close to bus and train station. Staff were helpful. No lift to help with heavy cases, but it would not put me off going there again. |

location was excellent. close to train stazione but not noisy. very close to all the sights of venice. right on one of the main streets with plenty of opportunity for food, banks, gifts. |

It was neat, clean, easy to find, safe, and the staff spoke a lot of English and were very pleasant and helpful. It is more like a hostel than an American version of a hotel. We were fine with that, but others may not be. |

All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The management all spoke English and were able to answer all of our questions,including providing directions and restaurant recommendations The hotel manager even washed some of my clothes. It was easy to find, close to the bus and train station and the vaporetto. We would stay here again. No. The phone did not work. But that was not a problem, since the hotel staff made whatever calls we needed for us and did not charge us for them. |

Location: 5 minute walk from station, Staff: Very friendly & helpful, Value: considering how expensive venice was, it was a good value. Sink in the room a plus. Location of main office: we had to carry heavy luggage up steep flights to office only to find out that our room was in the adjacent bldg. No free breakfast. No free internet access. Bathrooms: even though they were exteremly clean, we had to share with others. |

The hotel room was disgustingly small, in a dingy little corner of an old building, with no ventilation, no proper planned hotel-rooms. It seemed like an old apartment that was put on rent room-by-room. The rooms were on the 4th floor, and the guests were expected to climb up the stairs with their suitcases to the fourth floor. I would say the staff was courteous though, and willing to assist. |
