O hotel fica no melhor ponto de Veneza, próximo a estação de trem de Santa Lucia , o que facilita muito a vida , já que em Veneza tem mesmo que andar e ficar longe da estação é complicado para quem não pretende gastar um dinheirão nos barcos para ir a locais mais longes da estação ( € 6,50 por pessoa + € 6,50 pela bagagem ) !!

Location, near the station.

The rooms as shown in the picture.. and the other building from the hotel, bath and toilet out of the room..

It was in a perfect location, right next to the Main Canal with the water taxis\buses a 2 minute walk away. It was less then a 5 minute walk to the train station and main coach station. There are plenty of shops, cafes and resturants within footsteps of the entrance. The staff are polite and useful and the rooms are kept clean and are a reasonable size. All in all a great place to stay.

Convenience and location close to the train

Good location, near to train station and night market (nothing else beside location)

The hotel did not mention that our booking was actually a building next to the hotel which is located at a narrow street with poor air circulation. The room smell. The building is old (275 years old), No proper renovation especially door lock, it was extemely hard to get the door open or lock up!

Central location, cleanliness, old fashioned rooms, window and balcony over street, air conditioning

Because of an early morning flight, we had to leave at 4:30am - the door was locked so we couldn't get out and had to wake up the night person Wondered what would happen in case of a fire.

Staff were frienfdly efficient and helpful, they let us keep large bags at the hotel all day after we had checked out ( tey offered before we could ask)

Really close to the train station, and easy to find. Easy acess, either walking or by vaporetto to the main sights. Quite clean room. The staff was kind, showing us the room, and keeping our luggage during the next day, after we did the check-out.

The room was in a separate building from the reception, what was quite weird. It was too noisy in the morning, and there were few bathrooms, so, in the morning especially, we had to wait almost one hour to use it. The cost benefice wasnt very good, but, like in everything else in Venice, hotels are overpriced too
