Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful when I needed help i.e. hiring a car. I was not advised that drinks were not included with half board and was charged separately. If I knew before booking I would have chosen a cheaper hotel. |

The staff were extremely helpful. You really need a car or transport if you are staying here unless you're happy spending most of your time by the pool and eating at the hotel each night. Buses to nearby Baia Sardinia during the day did help but didn't help for nights/meals out. |

Very kind and supportive staff. The hotel provides very friendly and cosy environment. Swimming pool water smell very bad. They use too much chemicals and I guess low quality detergents to keep it clean. Still it was not crystal clear water. |

External facilities (i.e. swimming pool, tennis court) Rooms are very basic, not very clean. We complained on the day of arrival as there were spiders / cobwebs in the room. Regardless, they were not cleaned on the second day either. |

Fantastic location close to Baja Sardinia. Really friendly staff and lovely swimming pool area with plenty of loungers. Food was also very good quality Our room was not the best with no views and the shower was rubbish. There were other rooms which had great views, we were not fortunate enough to have one of those. |

Very friendly staff. The best reception briefing on the local area and its attractions we have ever had. Food was good and service excellent. Super location near to attractive estuary. Swimmers pool and decent paddling pool. A good 9 out of 10. Hotel is not a beach centred venue but does provide a free shuttle bus to the main local resort. Great beaches nearby though if you have a car. Main pool was deep almost everywhere, which might put some people off |

Das Hotel-Personal war sehr freundlich und immer bemüht den geäusserten Wünschen nachzukommen.Man sprach deutsch oder englisch. Die Hotelanlage sollte an einigen Stellen im Aussenbereich ausgebessert werden , z.B. abgefallene Fliesen und Farbe fehlt ....... |

de kamer was ok( het bed wel hard), de badkamer was zelfs prima. klein balkon met twee stoelen en prachtig uitzicht op de baai was een onverwacht pluspunt. ontbijt voldoende, maar niet bijzonder.diner dito. vreemd was om een minibar op de kamer aan te treffen die leeg was. iemand van de receptie was bereid bij de bar een biertje te gaan halen. overigens: eerder gastencommentaar over slechte bereikbaarheid/onvindbaarheid vind ik onzin als je vooraf even een routeplanner raadpleegt. |

Exzellente Dame ( Maria ) an der Rezeption. Freundliche Bedienung im Restaurant. Recht schöne Anlage. Zimmer waren bei Anreise noch nicht fertig. Zu kleine Betten ohne jeglichen Komfort in einem dürftig eingerichteten Zimmer. Entfernung zum Ort zu groß. |

Le calme, les petits bungalow en couleurs, le jardin. Certaines personnes du personnel parlant francais, Le cadre est magnifique. Nous avons tourne pendant plus d'une heure avant de trouver l'hotel. Pas de panneau! juste le caillou a l'entree de l'hotel, cache par la verdure! |

Piscina Habitacion sucia, llena de telarañas e insectos .incluso encontramos arañas al abrir las camas. Olor a aguas fecales en el jardin. El hotel no dispone de playa cercana, se trata de una especie de canal de agua sucia en la que mejor no meterse.desayuno pauperrimo en variedad y sobre todo escaso.la hora limite son las 10.00 am pero hay algunos dias que a las 9.30 no quedaba ni un solo croissant |

la piscine La chambre en single est spartiate pour le prix : pas de téléphone, chambre petite et sans intérêt.La prestation était très différente des chambres doubles. Par ailleurs la salle de restaurant est trop fermée : pas de possibilité de prendre son petit déjeuner dehors. |
