strawberries during the breakfast. old, stinky rooms, not-english speaking stuff, bad internet. it's a very good 2-star hotel, but not 4 star. i thanked god we had to stay only for one night.

I am not sure it's hotel's problem, When we were loading our luggage to our car, we lost one bag right in front of hotel and reported to hotel staffs, but they don't care. It seems this area is not safe area. I don't know what's the criteria for four stars. It looks two stars hotel to me.

An efficient and very clean place to stay near the airport. Nothing at all interesting about the neighborhood, but I stayed there for its location near the airport, not for entertainment.

We just spent one night before our early morning flight back to the U.S. It was very conveniently located so that it was only a 5 minute trip to the airport. The staff was friendly and the buffet breakfast was typical. Not terribly clean. The carpets were worn and dirty. Shower was a little funky.

We were very pleased with the helpfulness of the staff and how close it was to the airport. They arranged a very early transport to the airport for us for no extra charge. The room was small but clean.

The room were ok for a 3-star hotel, spacious, clean, rooms were cleaned every day. The personnel was nice. The breakfast was modest (two kinds of sliced meat, cheese, cereals, two kind of juices, cakes). It has free parking, it is really free and they have a lot of free spaces (in October). The hotel is actually like a three-star-hotel, definitely not four star, as advertised. Hot water was sometimes a problem, and not all the staff spoke in English.

We chose the hotel mainly for the location. It is very near the airport and is rated as a 4 star hotel. I didn't like the access to the hotel, it had a security gate for the entrance and exit. Though the room was labeled as a non-smoking room, it did have a definite cigarette odor. The hotel definitely needs some upgrading. The promotional pictures of the hotel were a overstatement of the actual condition.

Good breakfast,by bus lines 35,30,29 you can go to city center(train station and old historic area) easily. One of staff,had not good and pleasant behavour.it is good if put a coffee / tea maker in rooms.lift was so slowly and sometimes didn't work correctly.

Lady recepcionist was very helpfull, she gave us good advices about public transportation and what to see, 25 min. bus ride from hotel to center of Firenza. Breakfast was OK.

We arrived early due to flight and they put us in a room before check-in time. It was a great way to relax before the next day of traveling! No American tv channels. There was an earthquake at home (which is rare in ny) and we could not get any news. Usually hotels have one channel.

Great hotel. For a bargain price we got air-con, nice furniture and spacey bathroom. Also breakfast was quite nice - mostly sweet but also cheese and ham. Excellent coffee. English speaking stuff. Not very close to old town - but the bus stop is near the hotel.
