strawberries during the breakfast. old, stinky rooms, not-english speaking stuff, bad internet. it's a very good 2-star hotel, but not 4 star. i thanked god we had to stay only for one night.

Friendly staff. Rooms clean, with a balcony. Nice bathrooms and showers. Room includes refrigerator. Free wireless, though did not work one night of two night stay. Typical breakfast, and great friendly service! Hotel is not centrally located, but bus was very convenient to central train station, and easy to walk from there. Very good value!

The staff was very helpful with offering a wakeup call and getting a taxi for me to the airport at 5am. They also helped with getting to the city center without having to call a taxi and they helped with a good place to eat near the hotel. They were professional and nice. The mattress was a little hard.

The staff at reception was polite and helpful. The existence of free parking and wireless card were decisive in choosing this hotel. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is near the bus station (29, 30, 35) to go downtown. The reception staff can give you tickets required. I think that is NOT normal for a 4-star hotel to find an EMPTY minibar. I think the hotel management travel enough in the country and abroad. I wonder how they feel when they go in a 4-stars hotel and they found NOTHING in the minibar(at list water)? Breakfast can be improved. We were, the day before, to Rimini, a 3 stars hotel (29E/night, breakfast included) and breakfast was more diversified.

We just spent one night before our early morning flight back to the U.S. It was very conveniently located so that it was only a 5 minute trip to the airport. The staff was friendly and the buffet breakfast was typical. Not terribly clean. The carpets were worn and dirty. Shower was a little funky.

We chose the hotel mainly for the location. It is very near the airport and is rated as a 4 star hotel. I didn't like the access to the hotel, it had a security gate for the entrance and exit. Though the room was labeled as a non-smoking room, it did have a definite cigarette odor. The hotel definitely needs some upgrading. The promotional pictures of the hotel were a overstatement of the actual condition.

Good breakfast,by bus lines 35,30,29 you can go to city center(train station and old historic area) easily. One of staff,had not good and pleasant behavour.it is good if put a coffee / tea maker in rooms.lift was so slowly and sometimes didn't work correctly.

Lady recepcionist was very helpfull, she gave us good advices about public transportation and what to see, 25 min. bus ride from hotel to center of Firenza. Breakfast was OK.

We arrived early due to flight and they put us in a room before check-in time. It was a great way to relax before the next day of traveling! No American tv channels. There was an earthquake at home (which is rare in ny) and we could not get any news. Usually hotels have one channel.

Great hotel. For a bargain price we got air-con, nice furniture and spacey bathroom. Also breakfast was quite nice - mostly sweet but also cheese and ham. Excellent coffee. English speaking stuff. Not very close to old town - but the bus stop is near the hotel.
