The Hotel was close to the Bergamo airport, and the breakfast was quite extensive! While the Hotel is only 3k from the airport, taxis want to charge 20 Euros. The airport shuttle is only available from the hotel to the airport and costs extra. There is nothing to see or do within walking distance of the hotel

The room is confortable.. Very nice for short stays near Bergamo Airport. Thins kind of hotel should have free internet.

The personnel is always happy to help. I was second time at this hotel and the finding of it from Orio al Serio was as previously difficult. Probably now I remember to drive the freeway (not autostrada) to Brescia direction and take the second exit to Seriate Center...

The hotel rated as 4 stars hotel, but I think it is max 3 stars. The condition of hotel is very poor. The smell is disgusting, the walls is with molds. In the room there was no mini bar ... Very bad value for money.

The attendants of the reception and restaurant are very attentive. Hotel away from the airport and take the taxi is expensive. The hotel offers paid transfer (10 euros) to the airport, but only at certain times in the morning and there is no bus nearby. There are not a supermarket or bakery nearby. The television room is old and bad reception. The Internet service is expensive and bad, does not work in the rooms. Breakfast is poor, with few options. Hotel away from the tourist spots of Bergamo. There is carpet in the rooms, so musty smell.

The hotel is impossible to find It is not as the map or downloaded directions It is not at the end of the runway it is some 8 kms from airport TomTom can,t even find it telling you "you are there" when in fact you are on motorway to Milan When you get back to airport none of the car-hire operatives have heard of it,can understand the map but can phone to confirm existance/try to direct When you stop in a local town to ask directions at mid-night, before you speak you ar asked "in english",are you looking for Airport hotel and directed 2 kms back to next town

Very near to Bergamo airport. Ac had a malfunction, room was frost when outside were 28cº. Room had an intense impregnated smell of cigarrete smoke. Taxis took a fixed fare of €20 to make a 5min drive from airport to hotel and back.(expensive) Diner was poor quality.

Good location but be aware that the taxis from the airport will charge €25 flat fee to get from the airport to the hotel. The hotel shuttle bus is €10 so try and get that organised instead. Good value and good breakfast included. Hotel evening meal is good value and reasonable quality.

Our plain was late arraving we needed a place to stay over night near the airport and motorway to travel nextday to Meran Hotel was clean an conftable. Dishes where removed too quick whe we finished eating. Likme we had to leave the dinigroom.

The hotel is very near to the airport. The pick to the airport is very good. The distance between Bergamo center and the hotel is long and there is only bus which is cheap and taxi of course but it's expensive. There was a woman which serve the breakfast is little hard and I think it will be better to use another shiny lady to become more more open especially in the morning.

Breakfast starting at 6:30, also we arrived at 8:00 and they gave us the room straight away. It is not so close to the airport as it would seem. A cab from the airport to the hotel is more than 20€. Also, it is next to a highway and you can hear the constant passing of cars(I suppose there are some rooms from which you don't).
