information about distance from airport is wrong, instat of 3.5 it is 9,5 km,which makes the taxi ride a lot more expansive |

The hotel is far from the the city center, and the hotel taxi only runs in the morning which is rubbish, because from the hotel to the city center by taxi is 25 euro |

It was not 3.3 km but 16 km and cost 20 euro cab ride each way it also said there was wireless but it was 9 euros |

The staff at hotel airport were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them- we made a number of requests and they were willing to help us each time, which was a breath of fresh air. |

comfortable , reasonably priced and perfect if arriving late or leaving to bergamo airport. rental car is a must because the hotel is 5 km from bergamo town hotel was not 4 star as stated on booking.com |

Stayed only for one night, arrived late, left early. Not possible to buy a beer from the bar after late arriving. Only soda in mini-bar. Breakfast table was poor. Room was cold. |

The hotel staff were courteous, helpful and did everything asked of them. The waiting staff could be a bit more lively. The location would have been hard to find but for sat nav. Otherwise OK |

reasonably close to airport. good breakfast. good room rates. shuttle from airport only runs in the mornings (10 euro)- not good if you arrive late at night and need to get to the hotel from the airport (20 euro in taxi). |

Close to the Airport. English speaking stuff. No extra fees for children even if we were staying 4 in double room. Smell of smoking at the room. Hard to find a way to Hotel. |

Airport Taxi euro25 for 7 km journey. Hotel provide morning shuttle to Airport for euro10 - no mention of collection. There is a bus service to Bagnatica from Bergamo Bus Station. 4-star with no leisure facility? Internet access is supposedly available in public areas |
