The hotel was very convenient to the station in Florence. The staff were pleasant and courteous, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower in our room was not working properly and the coffee machine was temporarily out of order at breakfast. |

The hotel was within walking distance of the Train station and the centre of Florence No taxi fares. The room was clean ,well decorated and an adequate size for our stay. The staff were very pleasant and helpful The chambermaid handed in the keys I had left in the room for which I am extremely grateful Continental Breakfast good quality and plentiful |

The hotel says "No Pets Allowed", yet the workers bring their dogs and keeps them in the main lobby. For someone with bad allergies, it was frustrating. |

Studio for 4 persons in another building than main hotel (top of Expert shop). Very good value for money, minimum equipments, 3 beds. Parking small but handy, location very good, just behind station at 15 min walk from Uffizi. Multilingual staff. Neighbours a bit noisy on Saturday night.... |

I felt they went out of their way to please us. I felt welcome and safe at all times. I was not unhappy in any way. I feel some of the negative reviews I read were from people who were perhaps a bit spoiled and had extremely high expectations. |

We had five in one room and it was plenty big enough with a large refridgerator and kitchen. The price was excellent it turned out to be about 40 us a night each. Location is close to the city center. Don't be turned off by the fact that the jolly rooms are not located in hotel because it was the best room we stayed in all trip. |

Good location to the historical city centre. Low price, but for garage extra charge of 20EUR/night. For breakfest there was not to much to chose from compared to other 3* hotels we visited. But for short stay it does not matter. |

We had an apartment around the corner from the actual hotel. You have to collect the keys from the hotel itself which is very close to the train station. We had a studio type apartment with a sofa bed. had a little kitchen area and a table. Nice aircon unit on the wall.. would reccomend the apartments perfect for our weekend away. just some small points.. shower rail was hanging off the wall a little. The aircon unit leaked a little water onto the floor. but these were very small points and were not really a problem. Really good value for the price of these apartments. |

This room was bad. It was listed as a 3-star hotel & we ended up in an apartment (& we knew we would be in an apt) that was musty, moldy, and miserable. The beds were wet from the dampness of the room, the ac did not cool, and when we advised the hotel of such, they were condescending to us due to the price we paid and the fact we were "you Americans." I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone |

We had the jolly room, which is not in the same building of the hotel, whose reception is at the 2nd floor of a building, but a block away. This is a studio with 2-queen and a single beds and a large kitchen. The location is perfect to visit the city very clean and perfect for whoever solo, couple or a group. We were surprised by the quality-price (55$ per night) and recommend it. |

price & location and the security of the rooms. Bathroom towels were very poor quality & therefore needed to be changed daily. They were changed but not daily. The room safe was not secured to the wall or floor and could have been removed if the room was broken into. |
