La situation. Tout proche de la gare et a maxi 10min a pied du centre (duomo). Hotel calme car chambre sur le côté (numéro 111) Le déjeûner est servi à partir de 07h30 - trop tard pour un départ le matin |

pas de commentaire 1- La suite où nous étions ma famille et moi, était loin du centre ville. A pieds avec une fille de 10 ans cela fait très loin. 2- L'accueil - celui qui nous a accueilli devrait prendre des cours de français parce partout où nous sommes allés, beaucoup de gens parlaient français, même ceux qui travaillent dans les snacks. |

Chambre équipée d'un grand lit double avec un très bon couchage avec climatisation et beaucoup de rangement. La chambre donne du côté jardin don,c très calme. Personnel à l'accueil très aimable. |

Très facile d'accès en voiture.Proximité des sites touristiques, tout peut se faire à pied. Bruyant, notre chambre donnait sur la gare routière... |

Proximité du centre historique, facilité d'accès en transports en commun et train. Le personnel était très accueillant, la direction nettement moins (impression qu'on les dérange toujours). |

Nous avons pris une chambre pour 6 personnes. Celle-ci était très spacieuse nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'espace le coin salon le coin cuisine nous avions 2 salles de bain. Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir pris cette formule qui nous permettait de nous retrouver tous ensembles le soir et non pas chacun dans sa chambre. Nous sommes très satisfaits car tout était très spacieux et propre L'accessibilité car l'hôtel se trouve au 2ème étage d'un immeuble. |

THe staff were very informative about the city and was helpful in informing us about the sites and trips to go on. The rooms felt a little old and I'm not sure if they changed our towels and sheets every day we were there. |

Good and very kind information on the day of arrival. Big appartment (jolly suite) for two perons with everything necessary available. Close to city center and railway station. Very hot in bathroom, window was not able to open. |

i liked the bed mattress. soft and just right. we stayed in a studio type room and the cleaning lady did not take out the trash. also, the neighbors were noisy at night. |

The hotel was very convenient to the station in Florence. The staff were pleasant and courteous, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower in our room was not working properly and the coffee machine was temporarily out of order at breakfast. |

The hotel was within walking distance of the Train station and the centre of Florence No taxi fares. The room was clean ,well decorated and an adequate size for our stay. The staff were very pleasant and helpful The chambermaid handed in the keys I had left in the room for which I am extremely grateful Continental Breakfast good quality and plentiful |

jolly apartmans are very nice. for that price is the best you can get. hotel staff was not so pleasant,there is no parking around the hotel and apartmans unless you want to pay more than 30euros per day... |

The hotel says "No Pets Allowed", yet the workers bring their dogs and keeps them in the main lobby. For someone with bad allergies, it was frustrating. |

Studio for 4 persons in another building than main hotel (top of Expert shop). Very good value for money, minimum equipments, 3 beds. Parking small but handy, location very good, just behind station at 15 min walk from Uffizi. Multilingual staff. Neighbours a bit noisy on Saturday night.... |

I felt they went out of their way to please us. I felt welcome and safe at all times. I was not unhappy in any way. I feel some of the negative reviews I read were from people who were perhaps a bit spoiled and had extremely high expectations. |

Il fatto che si trattasse di un mini appartamento piuttosto che una camera,ha reso particolarmente confortevole il soggiorno. Forse l'ascensore un pò obsoleto,ma si tratta di dettagli. |

De facto passei muito pouco tempo no hotel, já que me desloquei a Florencia por motivos profissionais. Em relação ao hotel não houve nada que tivesse gostado aparte a sua localização. |

ero già stato nella struttura ma avevo dormito sia in albergo che nell'atro residence ma questo è orribile non ha niente a che vedere con il resto era piuttosto squallida lka stanza ed il bagno era peggio, doccia senza piatto e detregente fisso alla parete |
