Μας αρεσε το μεγαλο και καθαρο δωματιο το φιλικο προσωπικο και ηθεση του ξενοδοχειου και η φθηνη τιμη του Πιστευουμε πως χρειαζεται ανακαινηση και ο χωρος του πρωινου ειναι αρκετα μικρος με αποτελεσμα να δημιουργειται συνοστισμος |

It was our second time in this hotel. The breakfast is simple, but good; location is good if you have a car. Personal is helpfull, the room was clean. The bed was a bit hard. |

Optimal ratio price - quality. Good breakfast. Free parking. It has very thin walls. You can hear everything happens in neighboring rooms. Nospeaking English staf. If you need no smoking room You shuld ask about it when booking. |

It was very convenient for access to the city and an excellent value. Breakfast was adequate but nothing more. It would have been nice to have been offered a capacino or expresso, we did not even know it was available until our third morning. |

15 minute bus ride to downtown firenze saved at least half our hotel budget. Staff spoke english. Nice breakfast w/great cappucino esspresso.. Very small elevator...claustrophobics must use stairs! |

Price was excellent compared to most of Florence. Some staff were very nice, but others seemed to need more supervision. A serious problem with mosquitoes. We stayed in November and were bitten every night. Several dead mosquitoes on the walls indicated previous guests had encountered the same problem. |

One of the employees at the reception spoke fluent English which was very rare in Italy. Parking, wireless Internet connection and breakfast were all included in the room price. The hotel has seen it's best days and would do with a renovation. |

A fair 3 star with an excellent value for money (I payed 26 euros for a double room, with the brekfast included too). It's a little bit out of the center but is very convenient if you have business in the area. Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast ok for italian standards. Room was, maybe, quite basic, the toilette was so and so (but still a great value for that price). |

I chose this hotel because I thought it was close to the airport, it wasn't. Staff was very gracious, spoke English well and very helpful. Room clean, quiet and good value for the money but was not near the airport or tourist attractions. Was in a commercial area so we also didn't have a choice of restaurants or places to shop before or after dinner. |

It was more than we expected for the price. Overall it was a very good stay. Clean room, nice and helpful personell speaking very good English, good next door restaurant, good location (especially for those travelling by car). Breakfast could be a little more generous. Although the hotel offers free parking, by the time we arrived there was no place to park on the hotel parking, but we parked for free on the street. |

nothing in particular the double room we had (308) also had a single bed and a sofa bed which were useful as there was no drawer or shelf space at all for clothes etc. The lighting was poor. The space between the outer and inner windows was very dirty. The bathroom did not have any shelf space at all and the shower door was hanging off. No English language news on TV but our TV did not work anyway. We mentioned all this to the reception and only stayed one night and then moved to the delightful Azalee - at extra cost of course. |

Superb staff and very nice, large rooms. Comfortable beds and facilities. Located close to bus stops and local restaurants, supermarkets. Good internet and TV programs. Good breakfast. Small lift. A bit far from the city centre, but it's worth it. |
