Отличное расположение для путешествующих на авто. Поставил машину на бесплатную стоянку и в 50-ти метрах остановка автобуса в Венецию. Не работал кондиционер.Шум от дороги при открытом окне.

Sono stato con la mia fidanzata nel week end di Capodanno... Consiglio questa struttura per chi vuole visitare Venezia in quanto ho trovato molto comodo la fermata dei mezzi pubblici... Ogni 10 min davanti all'Hotel. Consiglio l'acqusto del biglietto a ore che permette di utilizzare tutti I pullman e I vaporetti di Mestre-Venezia in modo illimitato e senza problemi.

Staff disponibile e cordiale. Mezzi pubblici per raggiungere Venezia molto vicini, la fermata dell'autobus è praticamente di fronte all'hotel. Colazione con scelta un po limitata ma comunque più che sufficiente considerato il prezzo.

Kuigi asukoht on Mestres, Veneetsiast väljas, on linna sõit suhteliselt valutu. Buss läheb 40m ukse eest ja kestab ca 30min. Kui bussid/vaporetod juhtuvad streikima, siis rongijaam on umbes 1km kaugusel, väga lihtne on sinna jalutada. Õhtul Veneetsiast tulles peatuvad praktiliselt kõik rongid ka Mestres. Hotell on hinna-kvaliteedi mõttes väga hea. Maksime kolmese toa eest 100€ öö. Väga puhas ja ilus kõik. Hommikusöök ka vägagi inimlik, peale magusa valiku ka juustud-vorstid. Personal räägib head inglise keelst ja on väga abivalmis.

La vicinanza alla tangenziale (per chi arriva in auto).Le fermate dell'autobus proprio di fronte all'hotel e ne passa uno ogni 10 minuti(ottimo per visitare Venezia).La disponibilità dello staff.

L'albergo non ha ascensore, la nostra stanza era al secondo piano e ci siamo dovuti portare i bagagli a peso per le scale. Il bagno era piccolissimo ed il soffitto sopra la doccia (molto piccola anche questa) pieno di muffe. La colazione è stata misera e scadente.

Lage hat uns zuerst geschockt, da umgeben von belebten Straßen und Eisenbahn. Bekamen aber ein relativ ruhiges Zimmer, das Hotel ist gut isoliert, strahlt im Innern eine nicht für möglich gehaltene Ruhe aus. Auch das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut!

Nähe zu Venedig Das Frühstück war sehr sparsam , es wurden um 9:15 Uhr keine Brötchen mehr gereicht sie waren alle obwohl bis 9:45 Frühstück laut plan angeboten wurde. Kaffe ,mußten wir uns pro Tasse aus dem Erdgeschoß selber holen. Das war enttäuschend.

צוות המלון אדיב מאוד ונחמד, השירות מעולה. החדרים ברמה בינונית ומעלה ורמת הניקיון ותחזוקה טובים מאוד. האינטרנט אמנם עולה כסף ובכל זאת קיבלנו מספר שעות חינם סתם כך, בגלל שצוות המלון היה מאוד אדיב ונחמד. הם מסבירים בצורה טובה איך להגיע לונציה, על התחבורה והמלצות למסעדות ואטרקציות באיזור. המלון קטן ומבחינה חיצונית לא נראה אטרקטיבי אך אל תתנו לזה להטעות אתכם.
